Kalamazoo-Reynolds Review

I interviewed and did a rail look with covid-19 and social distancing it's hard to give a good accurate review but everyone was nice informative and there employees seemed happy I only got to talk with 4 total the screener to enter the building HR, plant manager and shift supervisor if I go back and after covid-19 I can revise the review

My opinion batter go around the bridge it's so easy. Good luck.... be ready to stuck hear for good min 4-6 hours ... )

Don t bother getting here before your appointment...product will not be ready.

It's ok, but this shipper has to learn more how to make appointments to ship their product when it's ready, but not to put trucks on the dock and wait 6 - 7 hours to get loaded, when their product is still in factory process.
But the personal and workers are very nice people they are patient to answer your questions, I mean they're good people.

Worked there for 20 years.worked with some good folk.floor management (Mark,Dan,and Marcus great to work with).As far as the way the place being managed not so much.union representation for the most part a joke.I miss it there just not the politics.if they could change the way the place was ran and get rid of the union id definatly recommend working there

Communication between customers and carriers are disappointing,,,, nice people, vey strick on sweeping out your trailer,,,,, once in dock,, quick to load.
