Shout out to the team at Kaiser Air KOAK. Brought in a key manufacturing component for increasing COVID-19 testing capacity to a local bio-med company via my single engine piston aircraft for same day delivery to customer. I called ahead and the front desk scheduled my arrival and rental truck. The rental truck was waiting for me and then the ramp guys helped me unload the 400# piece of equipment from the airplane into the truck and off to my customer. The next day the door was accidentally closed during pre-flight check and it was locked.......... the maintenance team was right out with a big ring of keys and found one that worked and got it opened up for me. Amazing FBO if your ever in a bind they will lend you a car as long as you bring it back in one piece. Amazing staff and clean waiting area
Couldn't be happier with the service recieved at Kaiser Air. Not only did they bend over backwards to help me jump my plane but we're very understanding when it had to sit on the ramp and await a mechanic to retrieve it in my absence. Took care of me with a small discount on the ramp fee due to extenuating circumstances as well. Customer for life!
