Last Thursday I had the opportunity to receive a full body Ayurvedic massage from Kaiamy. It was a great opportunity to be able to relax and take an hour just for myself, without thinking about everyday problems. After the massage I also received a wellness treatment for my hair, in fact only and exclusively instruments with 32 minerals and natural ions were used for the fold, so as to hydrate and give more shine to the hair.

I refused to add balm to washing because I don't like using many products. I was almost attacked by a girl who told me "and then you walk around with knots?" (I have my hair on my chin). I said ok, put what you want. Eventually it turns out that the conditioner had an extra cost, that's why.
The cut was done in 10 minutes, then the gentleman started talking to a supplier, I think. When I got home I fixed the cut by myself because it was asymmetrical. I spent about 50 for a crooked and rude cut. Never again

I started this relaxing afternoon with a one-hour total body massage that put me back on track. The relaxing music, the soft lights, a hot oil at the right point and I ended up in paradise!
The treatment continued with washing the hair and applying a mask, held in place for about ten minutes. And here is another gem: to make the product adhere and activate homogeneously, they used a very particular lamp, which moves around the head and that I had never seen anywhere else.
They thought well of giving me another massage to remove the mask. A continuous pampering!
Before drying my hair, Martino applied a product specifically created for wavy hair and proceeded to dry it with the diffuser. My curls have come to life again!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of trying the wellness program at Kaiamy Hair Spa:
- Ayurvedic massage was a very pleasant discovery. Martino is very good and immediately puts you at ease. It was super relaxing but also interesting to learn about Ayurveda practices. The room where the massage is done is very suggestive: soft and colored lights, relaxing music, perfect temperature. Even the super final shower: with all those colored lights you would never leave there again. And the effects today, the day after the massage, are already there: I feel my body much lighter and tonight I slept like a log. I would like to repeat the experience already!
- For my hair I tried the new Aveda Botanical Repair treatment: simply fantastic! My hair has never been so soft and shiny. In addition to being super relaxing to do, the treatment has amazing results.
Kaiamy is also easy to reach: both by public transport, because it is located next to the metro, and by car.
