Kahn's catered our September wedding at our family's property in Bloomington, and they were absolutely incredible. Even during COVID-19 and a postponement, Jenny and her team handled all of the changes and challenges beautifully and seamlessly. They were extremely professional, service was impeccable, and the food was delicious!!! They truly are passionate about the service they deliver and it was evident throughout the entire planning process and day of the wedding. Highly, highly recommend!!! They are simply the best.

Kahn's catered our wedding and it went flawlessly. They were so easy to work with leading up to the event and made sure we didn't miss anything. After our wedding so many people commented on how good the food and service was. Most asked us what bakery did out cake but it was Kahn's

Due to COVID restrictions the restaurant where I d originally scheduled our office Christmas lunch was cancelled two weeks before the lunch. Needless to say, I was under a pretty tight time crunch.

Having to move the event to our office space I knew that I would need a local caterer to provide the meal. After some research I reached out to Kahn s Catering via their website. I received an immediate response from Steven Conners. He came out that day to meet with me to discuss our needs, tour our space, and review their menu offerings, and help me plan our event. He remained in constant contact with and I was confident that we d planned something more than just a meal for our staff.

I was blown away by the skill, efficiency, and professionalism of banquet captains Sarah and Erin and Steven. The staff had nothing but rave reviews of both the presentation, taste, and quality of the meal (it was AMAZING). Those of us with food allergies were impressed with their ability to navigate our restrictions and still provide an amazing meal. I also heard so many positive comments about Sarah, Erin, and Steven. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and just all around awesome!

Our staff had an awesome Christmas lunch, thanks in no small part to Steven and the staff at Kahn s Catering.

Kahn's was the caterer for our wedding (in 2012) at Newfields (then the Indianapolis Museum of Art), and the owner, Joe Husar, made sure that everything was done perfectly. To this day, our guests remember our wedding food and ask us when we'll do a Kahn's catered party again :)
Joe took on the role of our wedding coordinator, recommending other quality vendors, laying out the timeline and the process, and guiding us through all the planning stages. Joe was friendly, approachable, kind, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Kahn's had a very large variety of packages and a high degree of customizability, which we took full advantage of! They made our wedding cake, decorated to our design (based on a webcomic, XKCD), and it was both beautiful and delicious. They helped us with arranging our custom table decorations and settings, with adding our own homemade wine to their bar service, and with many individual dinner modification requests (specific guest allergies/preferences).
The food was delicious! The cocktail hour food was some of the best anywhere, with lamb lollipops being the highlight. My wife usually doesn't like lamb, and she loved these! The paella and the shrimp were fantastic, as was everything else. The dinner options were delicious, and each dish was very well balanced (I tasted all the dishes we selected before the wedding :) ). The desserts were wonderful, and the arrangements were beautiful.
In the years since our wedding, we've had Kahn's catered food at other events (Newfields cafe, Indiana State Museum catered exhibit openings, etc.), and their quality has remained high. Joe Husar still remembers us when we run into him at these events, and it's an added warm touch to the memories of our wedding.

Had an open house for 50 guests. Food was sensational - everyone commented on the quality, taste, and presentation. Excellent service - will use them again!

We had reserved a local facility to host our 2015 company X-Mas party and they ran into some difficulty and were unable to fulfill those obligations. This left us at the last minute looking for a place to hold our event and find catering. Our CEO decided to hold the event at his house and in turn contacted Heidi at Kahn's who was more than accommodating and helpful in getting food arranged for the party. I cannot stress enough how short of notice Kahn's had to get us taken care of. Both Heidi and the staff at Kahn's went above and beyond to make our event a success. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality catering services. I will certainly use them again in the future!

Perfect under any circumstances! We chose Kahn s and the Montage for our November 2020 micro wedding after their team impressed us with their COVID safety protocols and the variety of spaces that meant our wedding was able to transition in and outdoors seamlessly.

With only a month to plan and in the middle of a pandemic, Jenny and Steven ensured that every detail was met and stayed flexible throughout the process. Their diligence about the health and safety of our guests and their employees meant we felt as safe as possible during an otherwise difficult time. And they blew us away with the quality of the food and service the day of the wedding!

Even though we were just 14 people, Kahn s and the Montage made our family feel special and important (even setting up a special room for me to get ready!) As a sign of the unparalleled customer service, Steven escorted my 92-year-old grandmother to my parent s car at the end of the evening.

With all the stress of planning a wedding during a pandemic, we never once questioned our decision to get married at the Montage! A beautiful facility with a caring and dedicated team that can handle any circumstance.

People still tell us how wonderful the food was at our wedding from two years ago. They were so helpful from beginning to end. I would use them again for a company or family event. We still order the mashed potatoes from our wedding every year for Thanksgiving.

We've known the proprietor, Joe, for years. He is a man with a vision and we can appreciate how Kahn's has grown and morphed into one of the very best caterers in Indianapolis. Their staff is excellent, and has remained consistent for as long as we can recall. It's obvious that they appreciate pleasing their clients and making sure they exceed their expectations.

Kahn's Catering did a fantastic job with our event at The Dallara IndyCar Factory. They were able to adjust the number of guests we were serving very quickly and were able to accommodate each guest. The food was very good and Heidi is a pleasure to work with - I highly recommend this company.

Kahn's Catering served my guests with warmth, hospitality and good cheer outdoors on a 32 degree day with wind gusts up to 20 mph. They never faltered, always knew what to do and worked hard to make it a seamless experience. Thanks Anna, Sarah, Disney and Candice! 80th birthday wonderful~

Strongly recommend against using Kahn's Catering. While the venue (Indiana State Museum) immediately refunded the deposit in light of our decision to cancel a wedding due to COVID-19, Kahn's not only refused to do so, or allow the deposit to be used against a future event, they demonstrated an incredibly obnoxious attitude in response suggesting the virus was not a legitimate reason for anyone to cancel based on the fact others were still holding events. Their lack of professionalism was quite disappointing. Please use all due caution in doing business with this company.

Our experience with Kahn s was outstanding. Like many 2020 couples, events forced us to adapt and evolve, but Heidi and Steven each of whom handled our account did a fantastic job navigating us through the process. They met any question with a prompt response and were readily available to meet with us in-person or over the phone to double-check details, walk us through cost estimates, and outline how their staff would operate the day off.

As for our reception, we can t commend them enough. Steven and his team went above and beyond to make sure our reception was everything we dreamed of. They were especially attentive to us (the bride and groom) and made sure we got to enjoy our hors d'oeuvres, dinner, cake and specialty cocktails. They also made a special point to acknowledge and be aware of any guests with food allergies. Our guests raved about the food and praised the service provided by waiters and bartenders. Knowing they were pleased eased our anxiety tremendously. We wanted our reception to feel like a family reunion, and Kahn s helped us achieve that goal. Well worth the price if you want amazing food, great hospitality and a stress-free event.

I have enjoyed Kahn's Catering in the past at previous events at various landmarks across the city. However we had an event scheduled with them Saturday with guests flying in from California and New York that we decided to cancel in order to be good citizens. One guest was pregnant (a shower) and half the guests over the age of 65. I was informed we still had to pay for all of our food and had to make a special request to still be allowed to pick up the food-which we will be donating. It is very unprofessional and un-American in the wake of the pandemic. I was told some people

look forward to continuing life as usual-so apparently they encourage people to disregard the recommendation

Our wedding took place on October 17 at The Montage. Our dedicated event coordinator made the entire planning process so easy. Our wedding day was flawless. The montage staff are truly incredible, the food was fantastic and the venue looked amazing. We received countless compliments from our guests! The Montage staff take incredible care to ensure the health and safety of all guests; two weeks after our wedding which had over 100 people, there have been no reported Covid-19 symptoms. We couldn t be happier with our choice of The Montage and Kahn s Catering.

I hired Kahn's Catering for a high profile client event. They were nothing but perfection from start to finish...down to every detail. Working with them was seamless and made my job so much easier. Kahn's catered our daughter's wedding at the Scottish Rite Cathedral and the event was perfect. The food tasted delicious-rosemary orange chicken with roasted garlic cream sauce, green peas and spinach Parmesan risotto and honey glaze marble carrots! One topping at the sundae bar was chocolate covered bacon! Guests raved about the appetizers too-Lamb chops, duck egg rolls, Korean meatballs, shrimp shooters.
The dinner experience was par to a top of the line, fancy restaurant.
The Scottish Rite is a classy venue that set the elegant ambiance for our formal wedding. Thank you Kahn's and Scottish Rite Cathedral.

Kahn's Catering went above and beyond in making our wedding day amazing. Their food was top of the line and truly tasted as though we were having fine dining at our wedding. We worked with MacKinze and she was super helpful and very responsive. I would normally get an email response back from her within the hour. The tasting experience was so fun and they gave you so much to choose from! Everything was so good that it was hard to narrow down to what we ended up choosing. Also, the cake company that they work with was AMAZING! The cake was so fresh and absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Kahn's!!

Working with Joe Husar and the Kahn's Catering staff is just incredible ! Our Company just had an event at the Indianapolis Museum of Art for 350 people and the event was perfect. The food was great, the set-up was flawless, the planning was easy, and Kahn's staff executed everything to a tee. I highly recommend using their services! They are the best in town in my opinion.

We just had our wedding at The Montage and it was even more amazing and beautiful then I could have imagined. Even during these hard times of COVID-19 all of the staff went above and beyond to make our special day amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about this venue and all the staff there.
