Staff demonstrate great customer service skills. I always find the staff friendly, helpful and attentive.

The centre is great place to do shopping but am tired of seeing cars parked in the pram bays that don't have kids. Just sore a lady park her car in the pram pay with no kids in the car and walked into Coles. No care other people with little kids want to use the park she couldn't be bothered parking 4 parks down. Can someone do something about this. I see it every time I come to this place

Not a single person on registers. Just self serve (which I hate as I feel it takes away jobs). Machine kept having problems and had to call the lady over 6 times. I will never shop there again.

Heaven on earth, just with Toowoomba got stock a little quicker, I see items online fore a while before they show up in my local store

I was able to find what I wanted. It is nice to just walk in and be able to just go and get what u want and leave. love it

Everybody loves Kmart, I mean who doesn't right. I shop here pretty often for almost anything.

This morning at 8:30 I went to Kmart at Toowoomba South. I was having difficulty locating several items I needed. A staff member there, Sonia, despite having other duties she was simultaneously doing, took the time to guide me twice, with clear directions and a polite and helpful manner. Thanks Kmart, and thanks Sonia!

Love K-mart at Toowoomba Plaza. Always have the best on trend affordable items. The company merchandisers are doing a great job keeping the store in a position of popularity.
