I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Waited 45 minutes to receive printer ink out of the locked case while the cashier was sitting on the counter talking about squatters with a customer. In the midst of waiting I asked another sales floor person could she get the ink out so I can pay and leave , she said "NO , I DONT WORK IN THAT DEPARTMENT" and continued to fold towels. Lol , so rude and LAZY. I thought customers were the main focus! Not towels at 9:00pm while the store is empty? DONE!

What is a bad area and a good area. Yes there is more drug dealing and violent crime in that neighborhood but there is more white collar crimes, embezzlement, shoplifting and come to think of it also drug deals going on in the so called good neighborhoods. Ignorant people kill me like the Kmart in the black neighborhood was supposed to be dirty or rude. but that is because of the isolated and un divers world in Michigan go to New York ,go to Harlem ,go to Chicago ,go to Atlanta . should I be surprised when a store in the suburbs is clean in the staff of polite. so why you ? Is a good store.
