I rang the company to check if an order placed on the 12th Feb for a delivery address in Auckland (approx. 35mins drive from their store) would be delivered on Valentine's Day, they said yes, no problems, I placed the order, it was NOT delivered Valentine's Day, NOT delivered the next day (a Friday) and I've been told it will be delivered Monday and has not been stored in the refrigerator, so who knows what state the chocolates will be in (IF they even make it there). Very, very disappointed.

I placed an order online for delivery then called and spoke with Scott and asked to pick up as I didn't want to wait for it to be delivered. As the team have all just come back from their xmas break Scott said he would see what he could do. He called me a couple of hours later saying my order was ready to go so I am going there now to pick up. Thank you Scott and the team for exceptional service and amaazing chocolates!
