Good subway in orientation. Nice hotel and equipment.

2month update road warrior plan so far no problems the pay is good have been treated with respect. Split clocks are a thing here which I don't mind as I'm used to splits from running otr. Lots of night running. This company has a old school feel when it comes to how it operate which I enjoy.
Basically do your job here and you don't really get bothered.

Think I'm going to stay here for awhile.

My husband was there almost 3 years he only quit to team with me out of driving school. If you want to work hard and get home place to be. If you want to be lazy sleep in, drink on road not the place. kB is there to make money same as the drivers. They will run you if you are tired getting burned out let them know and they will back off a bit. In 3 years my husband was never cheated on reimbursements or pay. When he put in his notice after turning truck in proper with all items company issued at orientation all pay was correct nothing withheld on final check, they even covered ride to bus/airport and bus ticket. I graduate next week from roadmaster far as I know they put nothing bad on his record will know at next company. All sign on and safety bonuses paid out as promised. Equipment for him was average but anything that needed fixed was. If they could team us we would go back.

Leased on for some time and it was a decent experience.

I will be celebrating my 25th year driving truck in August of this year, and I can tell you with all honesty that K and B is the best trucking company that I have ever driven for. They don't just care about the bottom line. They care that you have a family at home and sometimes there are issues. They care that your pay is right and they care that you are happy and healthy out on the road.
