Got a massage at the spa. Erica was great! The view from the gym and spa are amazing. The relaxation lounge is so comfortable. Bianca at the spa desk was so patient amd willing to help anyone that called
Great place! I was surprised when I was able to get a room very quickly at a very affordable rate. The price was decent, the staff is very friendly, and the room is so big and comfy. This is very different from all the hotels I've used before. You are an excellent example of good customer service. Thank you!
The executive suite provided was extremely tired. The sofa had so many stains it was scary to even sit on.
We were OFFERED a roll away bed after it was discovered the sofa was not a sleeper. I was traveling with my adult son. I had to call and remind them about the roll away after five hours. I ordered wine and the wrong bottle was delivered. No attempt to correct the mistake.
The elevator shaft was behind the bedroom and kept me awake and woke me up early.
The pool was closed and the spa had no openings for a massage after I waited for someone to come back to the desk for ten minutes. The worst Marriott I have ever stayed at.
This is a beautiful hotel and the location is spectacular. The problem with this hotel is the service. Some of the staff members are absolutely horrible. Specifically, guest service. Through out my stay, when calling guest services, the employees that answer the phone claim to be at the front desk. When I went to the front desk, they are not present. I was consistently given wrong information. In addition, the staff was rude, condescending and unprofessional. The pool area is less than desirable and the towels were old and run down. I was a guest in the hotel for three nights and my experiences were not isolated. I don t think I will be returning to this hotel.
Beautiful hotel and great location! The front desk staff (Queen) was very nice as well as the security. I had an issue early morning and they were so friendly! I was so embarrassed and wanted to leave early yet the front desk insisted to stay for a late check-out.

The lobby was nice. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was disappointed in the pool area. Definitely not a year round pool as it was cold and I was there mid October when there hadn't been a cold front yet. Hot tub was out of order. Cushioned seating was wet and dirty.
I did like the game area. I had fun playing bowling but use of basketball court was expensive as it was an extra cost. Only one restaurant and bar available. Cafe was not open which was disappointing. You were within walking distance of Bayside so that was a plus.
The room was nice although 4 people were staying in the room but we only got enough toiletries/towels for two so had to request more. Beds were small as they were only full sized but were comfortable. Should have two queen options for more than 2 people.

Nice hotel but a little over priced for what is included.
I needed some help with a proposal to my girlfriend and I was connected to the best concierge in the world - Andres. Andres helped me plan out the perfect proposal and went out of his way to make sure we had a car service, food, room decorations, etc.

Stayed at this hotel the day before our cruise on Freedom of the Seas and we couldn't have been happier.

I ve been to many hotels and the staff have been great! However the staff at the JW Marriott have made my experience INCREDIBLE, from the moment I walked in until I checked out! Andres, the chief concierge went above and beyond to make sure my stay was one to remember and I highly appreciate him for that, if you re reading this Andres I highly appreciate all you ve done during my stay! Also another great individual who s customer service was outstanding was Matthew P. ! Matt thank you for your incredible service. I loved my experience there, I recommend it and will see you guys soon
