JW Marriott Aerocity, Delhi Review

Excellent buffet dinner and lunch. I believe the buffet in Marriott is unlike any other star hotels in Delhi.

The food selection is huge, and it is quite impossible to taste all the dishes. The salad section is excellent and is unlike any other hotel in Delhi. The roast section needs to be improved as their chicken roast is mostly roasted to a crisp. The Indian veg section is good and not very spicy.

The restaurant can get quite crowded mostly during dinner time.

I had an opportunity to stay at Marriott Aerocity for the first time and very pleased with the overall experience, particularly the restaurants and the lobby area where the service was really exceptional. Looking forward to coming back. Both Kinzang and Kinley Pema s at the lobby restaurant were exceptional and my guests also pointed out the same.

Another name of luxury, best connectivity to IGI airport.. amazing lobby and multi cusine restorent.

Well the room was excellent but I could not understand why cant a latch/knob be put on the sliding doors when one is inside the bathroom ? What kinda latest Vogue/Style is this in building construction? Why cant you completely make the bathtub invisible from the main room? What is the point in keeping the shutters openable by even a child in the main room when one is clotheless in Bath tub? When designing the rooms, you should keep the Indian Habits/Mindset/Traditions also in view. Dont design your room only for foreigners. Privacy is a must when using toilet and using bathroom wheres it is the just the opposite bcos there are no arrangements to bolt the bathroom doors from inside. Even if you put door latches/knobs/locks from inside the bathrooms, those who wish to bathe openly in front of their roommates still can enjoy such luxury by keeping doors open anyhow.If you intend to accommodate only one Guest in each such room then it is okay. But with more than one guests in the same room, Privacy takes back stage. Not every Guest stays in the Rooms with his/her wife/husband. Please keep such factors in mind and if possible, kindly renovate... Thanks... Except this, your hotel is superb.

Place it is all the facilities one of the best five star properties visited by me the food in the restaurants are really very tasty and are of multiple choices

Spent a week in the hotel doing interviews. The outdoor dining and sitting areas really helped for a quick escape and some fresh air.

I am here on business for 13 days and the entire staff has been exceptional. My room guest attendant Chakra Dhar has gone above and beyond to ensure my stay here at the hotel has been exceptional. May it be personally inquiring if I needed anything and greeting me every morning and afternoon in the hallways. When attending to my room, he meticulously arranges and puts things away. Going as far as tidying up all my electronic cables and wrapping them with a Velcro strap. It is obvious that he takes great pride in the work he does and heexudes professionalism in his work and service to clients. This stay so far has been one of the best I have had and I travel for business a fair bit, 6 to 7 months a year. I high recommend staying here.

This is a five start hotel locate near to IGI airport and walking distance from Aerocity Metro Station. I have visited this hotel many times to participate in seminars/events organised by MNCs.

Loved this hotel. Could happily stay there for months. Food was very good quality with tons of variety. Staff at the hotel were exceptional. Can't wait to plan a trip back just to stay here.

I have been there for a couple of times now. I visit there to attend conference mostly. The staff is very good, engaged to the work they are doing, attentive. The preparation they do for conference is good, huge conference hall which can have so many audiences. The food they serve is very good and the quality of service is gmVery good.

Used their Boardroom for a meeting . Greta service and nice ambience. All Covid protection measures in place.

Horrible stay, useless FOH staff! There is no transparency, felt cheated and exploited every minute I spent in the hotel. Rooms stink, even the food is so gross! I got food poisoning after eating there food.

I ain t going back, by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. It s coming from a person who travels the world. It s a shame to have such kind of hotels in the city.

It's a wonderful hotel to stay in. The staff is very very cooperative and helpful. You can always find 3 - 4 staff members standing in the lobby. I particularly enjoyed the superlative Breakfast spread with much more items than usual.

I attended the Technology Summit by CII at this place, the event was pretty nice and informative! We were provided with food which was not so great, but the quality of the event and the panelists was amazing, I loved the event!

This hotel claims to have MOU with Defence forces but will hardly give you room this was my fourth attempt and every time u get same answer that occupancy is full whether u call three months in advance or two weeks advance.... Not at all expected such type of response from brand like JW Marriott...

The Marriott is a brand new, shining property. I visited for a brief breakfast meeting at the K3 restaurant. Service was exemplary - from the time I arrived at the hotel to the time I left. The breakfast spread was vast - a wide assortment of options and choices, and frankly I was a little lost. The service at the restaurant was warm and hospitable, and the food was great. Overall, a good place to grab breakfast if you are in Aerocity.

I had visited for my office town hall. Venue is quite impressive and attractive. I do not know about rooms as I never stayed there. But this place is good for large people gathering and have good food servings.

Great staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Good gym. Close to airport.

Strategically located in Aerocity with a nice bakery for casual meetings ..... highly crowded during marriage season

Super gym and spa. Filed with a hot tub, steam, sauna and a nice swimming pool. All this comes together with staff that's absolutely brilliant. From the constant flow of water bottles at pool side to the bathrobes in the changing room. A great experience overall.
