Had an issue with some items I ordered. Shipping has been taking longer than 3 days. I talked directly to the Customer Service Manager named Mr. Tony Lindsay. He said he would back track my order to find out what happened. About 30 minutes later, Mr Lindsay called and said that my items were held in St. Louis to long and probably got lost. He had my items sent overnight. I received them the next day and my credit card was credited 10 percent of the total order. He said if the items came that I originally ordered that he would send for them via UPS or Fed-EX. I asked why the credit and he said it was for my being inconvenienced. NOW that is CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!!!!!! Thanks Mr. Tony Lindsay of JUSTRITE Manufacturing in Mattoon, IL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
