Had an issue with some items I ordered. Shipping has been taking longer than 3 days. I talked directly to the Customer Service Manager named Mr. Tony Lindsay. He said he would back track my order to find out what happened. About 30 minutes later, Mr Lindsay called and said that my items were held in St. Louis to long and probably got lost. He had my items sent overnight. I received them the next day and my credit card was credited 10 percent of the total order. He said if the items came that I originally ordered that he would send for them via UPS or Fed-EX. I asked why the credit and he said it was for my being inconvenienced. NOW that is CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!!!!!!! Thanks Mr. Tony Lindsay of JUSTRITE Manufacturing in Mattoon, IL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Receiving department is the 3921 DeWitt ave and good for GPS,,,,3501 progress drive is the shipping department ,,,,from I_57 highway southbound take exit 192 turn right for 1.5 mile and the company will be on your left.you will see the sign Make sure you don't go over the bridge

Get ready to waste your hrs driving to different warehouses trying to find the right place.i went to 3 different warehouses

They have a few locations. Most likely you will have to go to their warehouse. The address is 6565 east county road 1000 north, matoon, IL 61938. They're decent people but they are not very organized regarding receiving. They don't have any specific signs, no one was sure where my load was going.
