The place to go to for birthday cakes order! Chocolate fudge and red velvet is always good

Nice and quiet place for cake and coffee at Bangsar Shopping Centre.

The server recommended me to try the chocolate cheese cake (slice). The chocolate part was a little dry for me. I'm not a fan of cake that crumbles. The cheese part on the other hand was a tad too sour for me. But all of that didn't stop me from taking home a free slice as there was a buy-one-free-one offer. I might just try other cakes next time.

I also ordered a long black but did not instantly become a fan of it.
4 stars for the buy one free one offer.

Disastrous! - missing reservation, not fresh butter cake & under cooked roast chicken.

Ordered & paid a 9 Buttercup cake & Xmas roast chicken at their BSC outlet a week b4 Xmas. The servicing staff confirm we can pick up on 25 Dec anytime 10am onwards as our family dinner is starting 12noon.

Went to pick up around 1115am, they can t find my order! After about 20min, they gave me the cake to take home which we suspect it s not a fresh one as it extremely dry.

The roast chicken was delivered at 1245 by Grab service who does not send the food to my unit (condo) & requested me to go to the guardhouse when all my guests already eating.

Please do not take order that you couldn t fulfilled & now I understand why the outlet is moved frm G flr to higher flr....Just Havenly Cake?! Don t think so!

This place used to be truly heavenly with its high quality and tasty cakes. Things seemed to have changed over the years. Don't get me wrong, they still offer good cakes, especially their signatures. I am not sure why the cakes are on the sweet side. They are more earthly than heavenly nowadays. It's convenient and not too busy in BSC. There are other equally good places you can go for lower prices.

Quick service, great range of cakes and the coffee wasn't spectacular but it wasnt bad.

The custard of the key lime pie was very sourish. Perhaps reducing the sourness helps.

The Beefeater Sandwhich s description said steak but in the end it was just sliced beef drenched in sauce.

Was there last Saturday for birthday drinks. Two of the staff soured the atmosphere by publicly arguing in front of the customers. The lady waitress then came to our table twice to mumble and grumble as though it had anything to do with us. What a disgrace. If you must, takeaway. Otherwise avoid such a poor establishment.

Cakes are wonderful!! And their food menu has a lot of choices

Very unfortunate the staff were not attentive and welcoming when I came with my kids. Smiling face, offering to sit, none ... Staff was busy on the phone, and only when I gestured for staff to come, your staff finally put down the phone. I mentioned to your staff how can this be, how long do you expect customer to wait for you to answer phone call. He justified saying the phone call was with his boss and it's very urgent. I said, it's fine just that no one else in the shop was covering for him while he is on the phone.

When he finally came with the menu, both arms were crossed in front of him, and a bodily stance which is very unbeing of a Just Heavenly staff. I felt as though it was very threatening , unfriendly and unwelcoming body language. Because of all this I decided to just take away the food instead of eating there. If I were more forward, I could just walk away.

The fact that customers walk in, to order food and give business, your staff have the obligation to be respectful to all customers. Please let them know they should be more attentive. There were no other customers at the section we were sitting in (inside).

Good food, nice coffee. Quite place which i focus on conversation with friends.

Loved their cakes. If you're looking for good old classic cakes like chocolate or gluten free options, you've come to the right place. I just ordered their recent new cake: Black Beauty(Dark Choc Cake with Choc Chips), and; order service is prompt.
Their dark chocolate cake is moist, not too sweet, and the portion is great ( 9 inch cake for 25 pax). Highly recommending this place in future!
