I purchased two lunch specials from this location recently and was very satisfied. I've was always been hesitant to purchase from this place because of reviews. I do have to say that the service was great. From the call in order to the pick up everything went flawless. They offered a cup carrier even held the door open while I walked out with my two specials. The place did look clean and nothing out of the ordinary. Food was mediocre compared to other authentic pizza places but was 10 times better than the pizza chains. I would be returning soon. Great lunch special pricing as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Juniors! FYI I had pizza slices and wings...

I was home sick from work yesterday and had barely eaten. I asked a friend who lives near Juniors to swing by and pick up an order I made of a Large One-Topping Pizza and 10 Piece Wings Special at 8 pm. I know my friend arrived in a timely manner because he pulled into the parking lot of Junior's just 15 mins after completing the order over the phone, which can be confirmed due to a FaceTime call. He arrived to me with the Pizza and Wings in Delray, about almost 1 hour later after placing my order. I'm not bothered by the time it took to receive the food order because it was reasonable considering the distance traveled.

What I was disturbed by is that the Pizza was COLD and the Wings were extremely BURNT/OVERCOOKED with thick BBQ sauce slapped on them. I was very disappointed because I had Juniors food several times before and it was normally better than what I received. Despite the food being undesirable, I attempted to eat the Cold Pizza and the Burnt Wings due to being hungry and not eating for much of the day due to illness. In addition to being cold, the pizza tasted like cardboard and the wings were Disgustingly DRY, although still warm. I couldn't force myself to eat that nasty food so I just left it on the counter and went back to bed. It wasn't until morning I realized I forgot to call the restaurant and state my complaints about the awful food I received.

I was feeling better so I went in to work (which is down the street) and decided to call Juniors to express my dissatisfaction with the order I received last night. A young lady answered the phone and I requested to speak to the Manager. A man came on the phone without introducing himself. I proceeded to tell him about the food I received last night. He began raising his voice at me and said that I should've called last night. I explained to him that I wasn't feeling well, that the food was brought to me by a friend; but it was paid for by me. I also stated that I lived in Delray and wasn't going to drive all the way to Boynton, nor was I going to ask my friend to drive back either.

I took the opportunity to call and come by while on my lunch break since I work in the area. I simply requested a fresh order of Wings that were not Burnt/Overcooked. I didn't even ask for another pizza because I was okay with just taking a lost on that, but the Wings have always been my favorite food item there and I knew it could be better. The man I was given to speak with as the Manager stated he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't call last night. I told him I had the receipt and that I could bring it in, but he just continued to repeat that he couldn't do anything for me and hung up the phone on me while I was still speaking to him.

I had already been in route to Juniors and was nearby when I was hung up on. I walked in the and ask the young lady behind the counter to speak to the Manager and a man making a pizza walked up. I told him I was the lady he just hung up on and that I had my receipt and that I was simply requesting a new order of wings cooked properly this time. He began raising his voice at me again stating that I should've called last night. I told him I was sick and that I live in Delray and wouldn't have been able to come back. He basically said, "oh well."

I asked to speak to the owner. He stated that the owner was not there and that he wouldn't call him. He said, "he's too busy and doesn't have time for calls like this." I asked was there a card or contact info that I can have for him, he stated No. He refused to make it right by making a fresh order of Wings and he refused to call the Owner. I've VERY UPSET by the level of Poor Customer Service I was given and based on several of these reviews, I'm not the only one that feels this way which says a lot about this sort thing occurring often. I'm not wasting my money here again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to waste their hard earned money at Juniors either. HORRIBLE... JUST HORRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

I ordered the two slice pizza special and when I took a bite it tasted like I was eating cardboard. The sauce was beyond bland and it took forever to actually get the food. I didn't even bother finishing it, it was that bad.

DO NOT EAT HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

You are better off eating at McDonald's across the plaza or order dominos.

How this place has over 3 stars is a mystery.

Fresh ingredients + fresh mozzarella = Perfect pizza

I loved this place and always came here for lunch, religiously. The food is not bad, service is pretty decent, & the prices are reasonable. BUT TODAY, I was subjected to the most disgusting thing ever. I ordered the 2 slice pizza special and when I bit into my pizza I bit into a huge wad of chewed up gum!!! Yes people you read right, GUM!! I immediately threw up my food brushed my mouth, and swallowed a whole tub of Listerine. I called the store to let the manager know and he said, and I quote, "Well what do you want me to do for you?" In a condescending tone. As if I were a bother to him and annoying him for complaining about some chewed up gum in my pizza. They will get no business from me and I urge you all to try somewhere else! Stay away from this place! Yuck!!

I came and there were about 4 employees standing in the front , no one greeted me and when I walked up , it took them a while to say anything to me because they were busy talking, the cashier was very rude she grabbed the card from my hands because I didn't say anything to her when she asked how my day was going because I was already upset from waiting for them to stop talking..... And she wanted to be petty so she asked me for my id when I gave her my credit card for a $11.00 meal. I've been coming to juniors for about 2years using the same card every time , and never not once did they ever ask me for my id. And another thing when you call them at 9:40 they will not pick up the phone , when u go to the store you see the manager telling them not to pick up....I believe you guys close at 10:00?

Received a flyer on my door today, decided to try. Girl answering the phone extremely rude! I made the mistake of ordering a second topping on a family special that only came with 1 topping. Price went from 23 to 34 for 1 topping when I asked why, "the special doesn't come with 2 toppings" didn't even complete the order she was so rude! Could not tell u if food was good or not!!

I have been ordering from them for years and there pizzas better then pizza hut and dominos for sure but they are not that good, so today I all of a sudden noticed that they have begun chargin me a delivery fee without notice. This makes me mad when I specifically give a 5 dollar tip for a 15 dollar pizza. They are plenty of other pizza restaurants around just as good and better, like Lil Mamas or NYPD Pizza which is where I will be going for now on due to there underhanded practices of adding in a delievry fee and never once notifing a me the customet

Great dinner, thanks (update) been going here a year and a half now. Always awesome! Tried the cheesesteak last night. My new favorite. I'll get a pic of the next one.

Wife and I been going there for years, 2-3 times a month...never a bad time..Estefan and his Staff always..friendly and FAST...
Excelent Italian Food, Sandwiches and Pizza..The BEST deals in Town for lunch and Dinner...EVERYTHING is fresh, vegetables, lettuce,tomatoes,onions,the Ham is tender, juicy, and tasty and the Bread ..Ahhh ..warm,soft and... well....

Pizza was cold and they considered offering us a 25% discount on our next order as acceptable. When I told them I wanted a new pizza they nastily refused because my guests had taken one bite each out of 2 slices of our sicilian white pizza. Never again, there are plenty of good pizza places around. In my opinion don't bother

Okay chicken and Eggplant Parmigiana. Very friendly.

Asked specifically and politely to please do not forget the gyro sauce because it will ruin the meal if you do because it is not the first time this has happened and low and behold.. Not only that the French fries where soggy as well as the meatball hero.. When I called to express my frustration just to please get it right next time, it sounded like we were being laughed at... Sooo, We ended up throwing out the whole meal and eating canned soup instead..

I used to live in Boynton Beach, but now I'm in Lake Worth. Juniors is still worth the drive. No other pizza spot compares - pizza, subs, staff all A+

Not a fan of their pizza sauce; nothing more than tomato paste straight from the can. Their wings were good though. Counter service was lacking and somewhat rude, like it was an inconvenience that I was in their presence and it wasn't even busy.

Pizza is so good! Delivery is always fresh and hot, eat in is always amazing. Service is great. Genuinely comparable to NY pizza.

Their pizza was excellent. Cheesy with a thin crisp crust. Tried their wings for the first time. They were so good. Fried crispy and saucy, the way I love them. Got 10 wings for $9.99.

Awesome Pizza, great Staff. Tried other items on the Menu and they were excellent as well. From the outside the restaurant looks small until you go in and there's a lot of space to sit & eat.

My wife and I got the special, 2 slices and a drink for 5.99, and it was great. Slices are big enough very good. Staff is very nice as well! We found our pizza joint!

I always order family special for my family, and I love the consistency of your food. Delivery has to be more consistent though. Even though it's 2020, many family restaurants doesn't provide an up-to-date online ordering, but you guys do, and you even have 3D image of your store on the site, never seen that before, great job!

Highly disgusted with Juniors pizza not only did they not get my order delivered 2 days in a row they were not the lees bit sympathetic to the inconvenience of me never receiving my food or any food for the day for that matter cause i would waste my day looking for an order that was never delivered this in my case is highly unacceptable when I am spending my money with your business customer service is key! So least to say I don't think I'll be giving juniors anymore chances. Mind you I order from them weekly spending no less than $20 every order!!! Really!!

I was going to order a chicken alfredo I'm going to ask for extra alfredo sauce on the side and they say no I'm willing to pay for it I'm a customer and they say no really I will never order from them again and then when I said I order from somewhere else to the guy on the phone go ahead have a nice day

Online ordering here is not worth your time or effort. I had an issue with a cupon (online 10%off code 2222)on the website and called them to try to fix it. They claim that the "online ordering is not them" "it's a guy that does it for them" so if you have an issue with the price you are bing charged they can't do anything about it and they will "let the manager know". They will sit there for 15 min on the phone with you trying to go online to find the website they claim "is not them" and not be able to handle it. Terrible customer service.

Quit littering and leaving your trash on my car, and on the ground. Find another way to advertise instead of being trashy.

They have one of the best cheesesteak Subs around. The staff there is very friendly.

I have been a fan of juniors for years. I ordered tonight and was shocked. The pizza was over dry barely any sauce,very dry less than extra cheese that was requested. I hope they get the kitchen staff on board and keep up to the high standards your loyal customers deserve.

We love Juniors! They are a great place to eat in with the kids or pick up and their delivery has never failed me. WE order from Juniors at least 4 times a month. A super nice story - My son wanted pizza for his class lunch (his birthday) and ONLY wanted Juniors. Lunch at his school was to be delivered by 11:45AM - Juniors is just opening at that time. I called and told the staff my situation and they accommodated me and opened early to get my son and his class his Birthday Pizza.
The pizza is delicious, the staff is top notch and they have been super accommodating.
A++++ For Juniors!

I can't believe that this restaurant has only 3.4 stars in google. I have been going to this restaurant for several years and their food and service are always outstanding and very consistent. I truly believe that they have one of the best pizzas if not "THE BEST" pizza in the area. Not sure what the some of the reviews are about but I would suggest anyone to try this place and find out for yourself as it is very-very good. Highly recommendable.

If you really hungry don't go there for a 10 in meatball n cheese sub bcuz this is what you get one meatball cut in half on the bread it's hard to find a place that makes it right I was hungry n I ate it but not again

Waste of my $33 the spaghetti was bland. The wings were overcooked and mostly dry. I've had bad wings but gosh I felt bad feeding them to my dog. Also why is the bottled soda i received flat upon opening it. Oh and thanks for the doughy garlic covered colesterol. For anyone reading this if you enjoy cooked noodles with plain tomato sause and wings with bland flavor you can head right on over to juniors pizza, sub and wings. Take my advice and spend your money at dominos or something or even better make your own don't waste your money.

Food is awesome. Pizza is always on point and the wings are top notch. Lunch and dinner specials are great. We have gotten delivery, take out, and dine in. Though our last dine in visit was...awful. we had a new server who didn't know the dinner specials which we informed her of. She seemed really nervous so my boyfriend informed her that we work 'in the biz' to help ease her...which was a huge mistake. The girl proceeded to complain about co workers and forget everything we asked her for our entire meal. She would wander over every 3 minutes and ask if everything was okay and then blame someone else when we told her we were still waiting on something she had forgotten. The service was like this for the entire full dining room. I over heard another girl telling a table they had changed their policies about wait staff in the dining room. It was a hot mess. I suggest you fully train your staff on the most simple of wait staff etiquette and at least basic menu and procedural knowledge before you let them loose on paying guests. Gonna take a long break from dining in for now. I just hope the rest of the service hasn't become more of the same.

I am from NY and I know good pizza when I see one. I live 7 miles from this place but I drive here to eat NY style pizza. Wings are amazing too, especially bbq and hot sauce mixed together. DAAAMN.

Delicious food, great service, I feel like I m home when I eat here. The penne a la vodka is a must try! Highly recommended!
