Just come back from Ibiza, spent the duration of the holiday trying to contact Jumbo Tours. The 1st two days the hotel was using Jumbo Tours emergency number, but no response.(Quite worrying), When we, us & our hotel, finally spoke to an advisor they stated they had found & had got our toddlers missing bag. They repeatedly told us to ring back & we honestly thought, given the number of transfers to & from our hotel during our weeks stay, they would drop the bag at our hotel reception. We had after all, reclaimed our own property. They did not return our toddlers bag leaving us limited for clothes. On the last day, when we were due to check out of our room Jumbo Tours were called again. They wanted my son to go in person to their office at an approx price of 60. After realising we had to check out of our room & had insufficient time they stated they would give the driver our bag to return to us on the departure transfer. They did not do this at all. There was no bag left with the driver, much to our annoyance. I twice emailed this company, once at resort requesting the return of our property, and earlier this week on our return home asking this company to ship our claimed personal belongings home to us. I have not had any response. I can only conclude they had no intention of returning our property to us. Very poor service this company would not have had any inconvenience in returning our property. No excuse. Beware travellers. Beware busy flustered parents.

Don t use this company waited over 40 minutes 4 coaches turned up and not one was for us!!! Waste of money. Tried calling but offices hours are 9-12 doesn t help with a 8am pick up. Tried the out of offices numbers with no reply!
Steer clear of this company if you can. They left us at our hotel in tunisia after 1.5 hours of hanging around we decided to book a taxi before we missed our flight home. 3 phone calls were made to them by the hotel and we was told yes they are on there way, they will be 10 minutes, an hour later still not arrived. Absolutely dreadful.
The apartment was terrible. Loudness the whole night. I will never book with Jumbo Tours again!
Dreadful service, disorganised, buses leave incredibly late without any information why, online reservations are often lost and information regarding times and stops is incorrect or vague.
Company of little seriousness, they left us lying in the hotel, they did not offer the contracted service of the hotel to the palm airport. Very incompetent.

They are incompetent, if for some reason you have to cancel the reservation. They pass you from partner to partner and none solves anything. They give false emails saying that you send an email to cancel the reservation. The most painful agency with which I have tried, I do not know how it has not already closed.
