There is no online payment so I had to drive 45 km to pay for a microwave plate. When I got there they did not comply with Covid19 government compulsory PPE or social distancing. Absolute disgrace!!! When I mentioned the aed3000 fine for not wear face masks they just laughed.

Very bad technical support and customer service. Their customer service manager is hiding and refuse to talk to customers. I bought glem gas cooker and it has issues since i bought. They just want to charge me for repairs every time.
