Like most of everyones reviews mentioned, the customer service was 2nd to none! Excellent customer service by the lady owner. Very patient and friendly and her prices are better than party city which is far distance wise, this place is so convenient. I do wish they had more supply like party city but I do understand this is a small business so the expectation is not super high. Nevertheless for all of your basic party needs they will have you covered!

I have used Julie Party Rentals in the past pre their unfortunate fire incident and during their remodeling. They deliver every time and the customer service is great. They are worthy of 5 stars. I will be calling them again for an event.
