Good food, ample parking, magnificent space, good wifi and really nice workers.

Slow, waited for a cup of tea for 30min. Not convenient when you are in hurry.

The staff, food, ambience. Everything was cool, and I can't wait to return.

The hotel is great, it gets super loud over the weekends as the pool is open to the public the rooms are really nice, their budget is on the highier side for this area , the service in terms of meals preparation from the alacarte menu is abit slow i would say...It would be very inviting if like if one booked the room they got access to all the rides in the funpark

I ordered for the pan fried pork with chips meal yet what got to the table was flame grilled pork with a handful of French fries. On raising the issue with the moody waitress, she alleged that's what I had ordered. The management needs to remind their staff that the customer is always right. On a positive note, they validated parking so that's a plus for them.

Nice looks but service is slow especially food. Good kids area but the cashiers at the kids ground are cons. They give you recycled receipts and pocket the money. Be keen on the time the receipt was printed and save the owner his hard earned investment.

Quite boring. Not so fancy especially the restaurant side..Quite unfriendly staff as well..not so bad but it has no interesting features

A fine relatively cheap establishment which is a 2-minute walk to the beach.

Good hospitability. High levels of cleanliness especially with the prevailing pandemic. Food is always fresh and traditionally diversified. The staff (special mentions Lucy, Roxana, Caleb, Mr. KABATA) very professional and friendly. Definitely, when around Juja its a stop over point for me.

Well lit and serviced. The food and hospitality is very good. However some facilities may be denied in the interest of the enterprise e.g. free water.

This place is located within Juja City mall. There is ample free parking if you visit the hotel. Open early and close late. Variety of foods and drinks.

Food is good. A little dark and confusing to get to this place if you use Google maps.

Tight security ample parking neat and well dressed waiters well ventilated food is mouth watering here also the conference hall charges are reasonable.I have an issue with the conference room size .The lighting is superb.Clean and well maintained wall surfaces.Quick payment services.Waiters are quick.The menu here is over the moon

The place is so beautiful and the staffs are very friendly...their services are the best and the food is beyond expectation very delicious and mouth watering

With the impression that the hotel is of good standard, the breakfast is quite disappointing. A brunch breakfast charged at kshs 700 and this is what you get really?!

A cool place to chill out, with a variety of activities one can enjoy. Eg. swimming and kids fun place. They also have a hotel with a large variety of menu and are backed by attendants with good services and etiquette

U got a nice facility but, you should make parking free for your clients

It's a quiet place, well tucked away from the noise of the Mall. The food was good too
