This is the most disorganized court EVER! Commissioner Williams secretary gives out inaccurate information, very rude and carries a sense of entitlement perhaps because she works for a Judge. My family changed their address with the court, the court mailed hearing date to wrong address (they miskeyed 2 digits of address) then issues a warrant for missing court date they were not aware of. We called the court spoke with commissioner Williams secretary (rude as ever) who set a court date to take care of warrant. We arrive for court and was told court date was set in error and vacated new court date almost a month later. Warrant needed to be cleared TODAY was told pay 10% of bond to squash warrant on 12th floor and come back end of Feb new court date. Get to 12th floor and was told needed full bond amount and to see bondsmen for 10% option. I took off work to get things handled today and felt like this was a waste of time. I asked to speak with a manager here because i wanted to file a complaint about misinformation and getting the run around. Case was added to calendar same day however the judge was very smart mouth n rude because her people made a mistake. The state already got 1.5k out of my family for fines and still want more.
One of the security guards there patted me down to excessively, on purpose! The lady that works at the information desk is really nice and helpful. This Court House offers a lot of different services. There is construction going on in front of the court house. I would recommend parking down the street and walking!
