Worst company to insure with extremely poor customer service

A one start is only cause I can't give you a no start. You people are useless and rubbish. Guys don't insure anything with them . Utterly useless. Wow. Guys honestly close down. Can't wait for 2 months so I can go back to my old insurance company.

Very poor service. 1. Yearly Statements for saved funds not given until you beg and beg. 2. Takes weeks for a simple email to be replied to even when enquiring about a basic issue like transfer SLA or interest %ge.
3. An app which is never responded to or never works.
Very Terrible experience.

A nightmare.Been following up on education policy since Feb.
You submit everything they need but the next time you are assigned a different person.

Its a nice place but they should improve on directions while inside the building

Only giving a one star review because I can't give less. Jubilee, in my experience, is a nightmare to deal with if you have a comprehensive private motorcycle cover with them. Undervalued assessment quotations, constant lag at processing payments, every possible way is sought to get out of covering the full cost of repairs and hidden surcharges check in once your claim process begins. Absolutely, atrocious service
