I honestly can not say enough about Jubilee Events. If there were 6 stars I would have chosen all of them. We have worked together for over a decade now and I have LOVED every bit of it. When I think of Jubilee I think of flawless attention to detail. Diana Chouinard is the owner and really brings life to this company. She will create an event that brings the client experience to its fullest potential. What I love about Diana is her passion for her clients vision. She knows how to put together a team that will add am impact to your event. Her loyalty is fierce and her dream is just getting started. I love supporting Jubilee Events because I believe in their mission.

I am the Wedding Sales Manager of Riverhouse Catering and all I can say is - wow! Diana of Jubilee Events was not only a true professional, but such fun to work with! Diana and I had the great privileged of working with a very unique and creative couple this past June, who had a one of a kind vision of bringing color into every aspect of their big day - even the menu! Diana was easy to communicate with and worked alongside my kitchen to add a colorful spin to even the most basic of dishes such as Mac & Cheese! On the big day my team was fully supported by Jubilee; those ladies handled all of the set up & decor so that my team could fully focus on what they were hired to - the food! The event couldn't have gone more smoothly and I contribute that to the planning and management of Jubilee Events!

I have worked with Diana of Jubilee Events for years as a professional photographer. Diana is one of the most organized planners, ever. She is super calm and collected no matter what is happening at your event. She always has contingency plans in place, and thinks of every detail. For your photography she is mindful of what time you need and works seamlessly with her creative partners for your event to breed an atmosphere of cheerful collaboration the entire day! I can't recommend Diana and her team enough!

Diana and Jubilee Events. Diana knows how to stay organized and make a couple feel like they are her only priority. She remembers all of the details you ask about, and she knows the perfect vendor for each budget. In addition to plan A, Diana always has a back-up plan. When our day arrived, and the forecast looked colder than usual, Diana knew who to call to add sides to our tent and make sure our grandmothers stayed warm all night. Of course, the tent really heated up when our friends and family started dancing all thanks to Diana s AMAZING DJ recommendation. I can t stress this enough I really wanted a live band, but I knew that it was out of budget. Diana said we would love our DJ and that is an understatement. So many friends have asked for his information, and we would not have found him without Diana. Every time we think about our wedding or look at a photo, we think about Diana and her remarkable ability to make the day everything you dream about. HIRE JUBILEE EVENTS!

I can't thank Jubilee Events enough for making my daughter's wedding day truly amazing. They went far beyond my expectations and provided excellent service, creativity and professionalism. Everything was beautiful and we are still receiving compliments. Jubilee Events is top notch and I would highly recommend them!

JUBILEE EVENTS/ DIANA CHOUINARD

I was stressing out about planning and organizing our daughter's wedding. Like every Mother, she just wants to give her daughter her fairytale wedding. Thanks to Diana this was possible. Our daughter had her fairytale wedding and all her wishes did come true.
Diana was there for us any time day or night and no question was ever over looked. She answered all our concerns and even gave us things to think about without ever feeling any pressure. She took care of all the details big or small as they came along.
We were able to enjoy the the entire wedding day from start to end knowing that Diana had it all under control. She would occasionally check in with us to ask if there was anything we needed. She had it all covered. Diana saw it all the way thru to our last guest leaving that evening. She was our Angel!
She helped us with the rehearsal dinner and the morning after Brunch in which was just as important to us because we had so many friends and family that had travelled from far away and we knew that we wanted to spend time with them in a less formal atmosphere. Again it was such a delight.

Diana did such an amazing job with our daughters wedding that we hired her for our second daughters wedding. It was an entirely different style wedding but again every detail was taken care of! We were able to relax and enjoy the entire evening and visit with all our friends and family.

JUBILEE EVENTS/Diana Chouinard has become such a personal part of our life that we were thrilled to have her plan our daughters BABY SHOWER. It showed the passion that she has and she was complimented by our friends and family.
Thank you Diana for all the care and love you put into everything!

My husband and I had a tented wedding in Newport, ...

My husband and I had a tented wedding in Newport, RI. Our wedding had a several custom details and moving parts. It was all executed perfectly thanks to Diana. My husband and I live in Chicago, so planning a wedding a plane ride away was a little daunting. Diana was reliable and helped make sure each detail was buttoned up. I think back to the thousands of emails I sent her over the course of our planning process, and she always answered each one promptly and professionally. Her knowledge of the wedding industry, resources, and contacts made the planning process much easier and less stressful. I was actually able to enjoy the day! Her positive, friendly demeanor made her a pleasure to work with for the 1.5 years of planning. In fact, almost three years later she still checks in from time to time to see how we are doing. Looking back, I can't imagine planning our wedding without Diana. She is truly a rockstar in her industry. Vendors spoke highly of Diana and her team so it was clear that she and the Jubilee team are well respected in their industry. It would be a mistake not to hire Diana!

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming especially now as there are so many vendors to choose from and ideas to sift through, all while trying to maintain a budget. Hiring Diana from Jubilee Events was the best decision I made for our wedding planning process. She provided me with a detailed to-do list, answered any questions I had along the way, and reached out to vendors to make sure we were all on the same page. Having the peace of mind on our wedding day that everything would be taken care of was truly priceless and worth the investment. It allowed me to enjoy every second of our big day!

Diana of Jubilee and her whole team are always a joy to work with. If ever I have a question I know I can giver her a call. She is an excellent communicator with fantastic attention to detail. She responds very quickly (which is exactly what you should look for in a great planner). The events we have worked together on are always stunning in the end result and always go perfectly. Whenever I hear back from my staff about working her events they always say that even behind the scenes they feel well taken care of, and they are even guests! I think that is what makes working with Jubilee so fantastic, everyone is treated like they the most important person in the room.

As an entertainment vendor in the wedding industry, we have worked with plenty of event planners. Diana and her team at Jubilee Events are the most organized and reliable event design & planning company in the industry.

A significant part of wedding planning is having a professional to help organize vendors, details, and the event schedule ahead of time. In addition, on the entertainment side, there are many details that we need to perform successfully. The planning process is seamless when working with Diana. There is never a missing special song, that we need to know about. All of her timelines & notes are clear, effective, and comprehensive. I can't remember a single time where I have shown up to one of her events with any TBD items or up in the air formalities. It's necessary to have all your vendors on the same page ahead of time, and Diana makes sure everyone is in sync.

On the day of the event, Diana and her team work seamlessly with their vendors to execute a perfect event. When lining up the wedding party for introductions, getting the right people ready to give their speeches, or having parents ready for parent dances, Diana's team helps take a huge load off of our shoulder.
