Juanita Kirkland Spud Fish & Chips Review

The calamari was very old you can t eat it . The sauce for fish is not free . Not good at all.

Best fast good fish in the entire area. I've been coming here for years, great food, excellent service, never disappointed.

Good service but horrible food. The fish was overly battered and dry, prepackaged tartar sauce was sour, and the fries seemed to be pre-made. Not to mention it was very expensive... Would rather drive 40 minutes to the Alki Spuds than 10 minutes to this one!

I left an honest review about the quality of my food only to have second thoughts. I know restaurants have bad days, just like humans. I popped online to remove it.

I was surprised to see the restaurant had actually replied, somewhat implying that the food had been waiting on me. I live 1.5 miles from Spud Fish & Chips, I left immediately and was handed food within minutes of arriving. No one mentioned to me that I was being handed old food, in fact the place was swamped. I am not sure how they had food sitting around under a heat lamp.

I am now lowering my review from 3 stars to 2 stars. I stand by my original comments (the fish was rubbery and the chicken was mostly breading - the fries were fantastic).

Everybody loves this place You get to sit on the park or hang out outside and watch all the nice cars go by. I love that they have chocolate fair life milk!

Love spuds however don't like the swivel screens to tip before you know how the service is sorry

Located next to Juanita Park bay. It was conveniently located next to our job site. I love fish n chips so this was the go to place for lunch. The food was good. We got fish n chips plus oysters and clams. Take it to go and enjoy the park!

A classic fish and chips experience in a wonderful location. Enjoy your food inside, outside or in the park on the water. They wrap it perfectly so it stays hot.

Great location just across from Juanita beach park. Limited seating inside. But plenty tables outside. Very friendly and cheerful service. We received very generous portions for our single and double cod orders. Foods are served hot hot hot just out the fryer. The fries are thick - the way we like. Cod was a bit less juicy than my personal preference. But still very good. Dining room is clean and well maintained.
