They handle our insurance needs in a very professional manor.
I signed up with JTS financial services a few years back and it has been an awful experience. They are a middle man that does not have a relationship with the insurance carriers they sell. That means when you have an issue or a claim they are absolutely no help. They cannot answer any of my questions and reply with " I have reached out to the carrier and will let you know when I hear back from them." This is their standard reply to everthing I ask. We had a nightmare home owners claim last year that took a full year to get settled. We were without a kitchen for 6 weeks while the insurance company stalled and placed blame elsewhere. Our floors were torn out for several months and the contents of our living room were piled up in the dining room. Matt Barger and John Starling were absolutely no help and even lied to me about what they were doing to get the claim settled. My wife had to spend countless hours calling and emailing Republic insurance with very little success. Since then we have been black listed by the insurance industry and no one will even quote us. The claim was for a trim nail that penetrated a water pipe during construction that took years to show up. This was no fault of ours and the insurance company was completely reimbursed, yet we still suffer with poor customer service. I haven't even mentioned the problems I have with JTS regarding our auto coverage. I do not recommend JTS or Republic insurance and look forward to the day when I can switch to another insurance carrier. Furthermore, I would not recommend independent agents as a whole. They brag about finding you the cheapest rate, but fall short on service.
