Renee Dominguez-Santos is our first responder contact. She responds and communicates in a professional and expedited manner. Her coordination of projects is timely and thorough. When she passes a project unto Allen Bailey, you can be assured the project will be addressed in a correct manner. Allen then finalizes the project with precision and expertise workmanship. The web portal that is available and the automated responses from techs as well as finalized pictures and comments on work completed are just a bonus. The real stars are the personalized touch you receive from Renee and Allen.

10/10 recommend JR Roofing. I have used them for gutter repairs on several commercial buildings and they are always responsive on every aspects. Their prices are very comparable if not cheaper than other companies for the same work. Renee, Ryan, and Allen turn around bids for work very quickly. They also keep you in the loop on scheduling and never drop the ball. They are a great company and I would highly recommend them.

The property management company that I work for uses JR & CO for all of our commercial roofing needs. They are by far the best roofing company that I have worked with. I am happy that T.J. reached out to me a year or two ago to see if we needed help. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He does not try to sell us anything we do not need. Steve Wheeler and his co-worker drove 1.5 hours one way on two consecutive days to quote and repair my roof. Not only was they professional, but they quickly answered any questions I had and their work was very efficient. Before they left, they happily drug a hose up on the roof and tested the repair. I cannot say enough about how this put my mind at ease. Would refer or hire again for any roofing needs.

They wasted my time and very uppity. I asked them to review my insurance claim roofing job and when they came out they were like this is too small for us as they looked down their nose like you can't afford me, ok Jon.
