The trip we had were the perfect combination of fun and relaxing. We felt we had the perfect amount of time in each place and did the right activities for our taste. Very unprofessional behaviour. The staff doesn't know documentary requirement for visa processing and then come with an answer Maa'm visa couldn't be processed after making wait for months. And taking refund of your money is equally challenging. Have been following up for almost 6 months now, but still no refunds.
1. Very poor service
2. They took money beforehand and did not deliver the promised. After arguing, they told us to cancel the trip and they also said about forfeiting the advance payment.
3. I would strongly not recommend this travel agency to anyone rather one can go by himself.

We were a group of 24 people. Joy Travels organized this trip for us. I found their service satisfactory. We covered two destinations there - Bangkok and Pattya, Cab on the air port was on time. Our Thailand handler'Twinkle' was very good and supportive. We were welcomed with a bottle of Red Wine and a box of chocolate, which was a pleasant surprise for us. Hotels were good, dance show and liquor management was also good.

I am glad i chose this travel agency. They have lived upto their reputation and my expectations . My family trip to Kerala was very well planned. Everything-the hotels, transport, local staff was par excellence. I have used them on earlier occasions also for my international trips and have recommended them to a lot of friends and family members. We booked the Bhutan package from Joy Travels. I must say it was a very pleasant trip. The car and the driver were excellent. The hotels were also very good. The itinerary was organized and well-executed. We were able to make the most out of our trip.

They take ur money and make u hang up in the foreign country wideout reservations. I went to Paris and had made booking for Disneyland but wen we reached at counter they said no reservation made.we 3 girls were stuck on outskirts of Paris with nothing .we bought the tocket again and had to go back Paris in a metro. Their agent Upasna promised to make the refunds as services where not provided. 3months have passed no refund yet and they have stopped taking our calls. I would suggest not to believe and take their shitty services as u can be cheated as we where.. Please don't

Really a good and cooperative operator who provided correction in viza at 9 pm at airport itself. Such experience is unforgettable and beyond imagination. Reasonable rates. Suggesting, they should also provide some guiding papers containing the names of places to be visited and other useful information.

Worst experience ever, Attitude of the staffs were hostile, even behavior of the owner of the company was unpleasant.

I have been traveling with Joy travels for the last 2 years, and they have never disappointed me. They always give the best deal and trip plan. They also help to provide customizations to the plan, which I love the most. Honesty and customer experience is what they believe in.
Not worth at all. Overcharging for basic services which are avavailable for half the price at all other travel agencies including the big names. The owner and staff making excuses for not giving a proper bill. Customer service ethics non existent. Go for reputed travel agencies rather than wasting time, money here. Never again with this.
Used their services to book my package tour in kerala. They are not knowledgeable and had to remind them many times about my itinerary. They even planned and gave me wrong dates. Waste of time not good in follow ups. Most services I ended up paying extra. Make sure you get everything in writing. So called deluxe hotels were not even one star..so watch you wallet if you deal with joy travels

We booked the Northeast tour package, and it was amazing. The guides are very professional n helpful. Guidance, behavior, and personality of the Tour Manager were excellent. They were punctual. Their services were good and have no doubt that they provided healthy and good food.
