This was a perfect experience from start to finish! We wanted a photo booth for our function and were always kept well informed and treated professionally throughout the entire process. Several options were given to customize our event's photos and the samples were turned around quickly. The staff at the function was cordial and engaging and made everything run smoothly. I was highly impressed and can't wait to use JoySquad again!
Proceed with caution! Highly disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Leslie canceled on us 11 days before our wedding date via email leaving us in a scramble to make decisions about our photo booth vendor. I'd recommend finding a different photo booth option if you're seeking a company with integrity.

The photo booth was set up and assembled well before our reception. We never had to worry about anything on a day that is so hectic and full of chaos. It was just one less thing that we did not have to be concerned about.
The girls working the booth were polite and professional.
The booth was a massive success! The booth was placed in a less than optimal area (at the fault of our wedding planner not Joy Squad) but was still utilized by EVERYONE! The staff saved all the prints for us to keep and we also had access to them online. We enjoyed looking back at our special night through the lens of the Joy Squad booth to see all the fun our guests were having. Joy Squad helped capture memories of the night that went by so fast.
I highly recommend getting this booth for any function where you want to add that extra fun factor!

I ve used Joy Squad for my baby shower and again for a NYE party at my house. I was so impressed with their updated and trending technology and products! I customized my background, one time using a green screen and the other an actual background. Their props are so much fun and so many to choose from! From the initial contact to the service/products to the breakdown after the event, they were first class. Thank you Joy Squad for being so amazing! Definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future!

Totally awesome experience working with Joy Squad for our wedding in Las Vegas at the Keep Memories Alive Event Center! All staff present were very professional and attentive to all guests and helped make it a huge successful night for both my wife and I. We received the wedding scrapbook, which was a great addition to read and see a full compilation of all our friends and families pictures with included personal comments! Pricing was very affordable compared to other companies and I will most definitely be doing business with them again in the future if I ever require their services. Definitely consider and look into Joy Squad if you're looking into getting a photobooth for your event! P.S. Leslie was extremely timely, professional, and courteous in all our interactions and I really appreciate that in a wedding vendor. As I told her, I wish she was a wedding coordinator because I would have hired her--she is so organized and helpful, I'm sure she'd do amazing work! The booth was the hit of the night and my guests are still talking about how much fun they had taking photos. The pictures are printed on high quality paper and look very professional. Leading up to our event, the team was always there for us with any question we had, and made sure we got the exact background we wanted and design layout we imagined. I really enjoyed having Joy Squad as the photobooth at my wedding reception at Henderson Convention Center. They were professional, attentive, and gave me the exact background layouts and wording that I wanted for my photos. The GIFs were so amazing and the regular photos were the best! The staff was very successful in pulling guests to take photos at my reception and made it a great night for my husband and I. I also had a lot of the guests comment on how fun it was to have a photobooth at our event, and that they really enjoyed the experience.
By the next day, they sent me a link where all of the photos were uploaded (GIF and regular pictures). I was so amazed! I thought it would take at least a couple of days, but they were pretty quick and attentive with their services.
When I compared their pricing to other photobooths, the service, and what I got in exchange, they were the most reasonably priced company in the area. If I ever need to have a photobooth for another event in the future, I'm definitely going to hire these guys! They're not only professional and fun, but they make taking photos a great experience. Joy Squad was great! They made our wedding reception a memorable one! They were very responsive to all of my emails and questions leading up to the event and created a beautiful custom background for us! We got married on the 4th of July and they even made sure to have 4th of July themed props! The photobooth attendant was also very friendly and professional! We even got compliments on the photobooth from our guests. At the end of the night they gave us a beautiful book of all of our prints, signed and decorated by our guests. I highly recommend them for any event!
