Journey to Dream Foundation: Transforming Young Lives Since 2004
Journey to Dream Foundation is a non-profit organization based in North Texas that has been dedicated to transforming the lives of young people since 2004. The foundation operates a home for unaccompanied youth called Kyle's Place, which is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for teens who are facing difficult circumstances.
At Journey to Dream, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams and reach their full potential. Unfortunately, many teens face significant challenges that can make it difficult for them to succeed. These challenges may include homelessness, abuse, neglect, or other traumatic experiences.
That's where Journey to Dream comes in. Our mission is to provide support and resources that help young people overcome these obstacles and achieve their goals. We do this through a variety of programs and services that are designed specifically for teens.
One of our most important initiatives is Kyle's Place, which provides housing and support services for unaccompanied youth between the ages of 14-24. This program offers a safe place for teens who have nowhere else to go, as well as access to counseling services, life skills training, educational support, and more.
In addition to Kyle's Place, Journey to Dream also offers several other programs aimed at helping young people succeed. These include:
- Mentoring: We match adult mentors with at-risk youth in order to provide guidance and support.
- Outreach: Our outreach team works with schools and community organizations throughout North Texas in order to identify young people who may be struggling.
- Education: We offer scholarships and other educational resources designed specifically for students who have faced significant challenges.

Our commitment goes beyond just providing basic needs like food or shelter; we strive towards creating an environment where each individual feels valued & empowered so they can reach their full potential!
