I've left messages no response or call back for a week now.

Similar to other comments, this place is a total grift. They have a contract with AODA law, they just exist to take your money. You won't find any actual help here.

They never answer their phones or return calls. No wonder the reviews are bad.

I have worked with Journey Mental Health for quite a while, but am extremely upset for the reason they are dropping my services.

I have been hospitalized for suicidal attempts, and due to my 'recent hospitalization' they are no longer letting me have services because of 'a history and showing of no hospitalizations'.

They are dropping someone's mental health for a reputation, and I find that absurd. Your focus should be on helping people, not a reputation that you drop people to keep clean.

I ve been in 3 of there care programs my condition symptoms only get worse we need to hold these professionals to a higher standard!! Plus, being over medicated by the doctor does not help my physical or mental state of being in anyway it s inhumane to treat someone like this!!

How do you get ahold of these people?

Filled out form online, left voicemail, sent email . Waited a week and heard nothing. Extremely frustrating.

Easily one of the worst health care providers I ve ever experienced. They lost my last 3 appointments and every time I had to reschedule it would be months out. I ve been trying to see them since July 2019 and only got 2 appointments and now it is March 2020. Do yourself a favor and find help somewhere else. These doctors and nurses just don t care.

It was a never ending nightmare of medication providers that all liked to hear the sound of their own voices rather than stick to any kind of treatment plan. The nurse practitioners were absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Great staff amazing kitchen this place has helped me get through some tough moments and stayed sober.
