Met with Joe to review my 2016 and 2017 tax returns which were prepared by two other accountants (neither of which was a CPA) as I thought I may need to file an amended return for 2016. Joe reviewed both returns and made suggestions as to how to proceed. He was clearly knowledgeable about the tax consequences and made additional suggestions regarding investments as he indicated that he holds a securities license. It was a positive meeting and I would have no hesitation to use him when I file my 2018 tax return.
