very good world class facilites are there . rather it is the best hospital in world .. here every body works more sincerly doctors are very sincere . and treat patient by their heart .. deep attention being given to each and every patient .. good more hospital required like jose reyes in manila ..
Very Rude, Incompetent & unprofessional admitting nurses. My brother was told that they only admit patients that are close to dying thus considering it an emergency situation. They probably thought the patient is going there for free services. Regardless, they should not be treating patients as such. Someone should teach these people a lesson, they must be forgetting something; that these people, patients are the ones paying their salary!
I born in this hospital and my mom also says that they assist her so nicely and fast and thats why i born healthy and chubby

Just like any other government hospital, except maybe NKTI, which is also a semi-private, and Heart Center, you will experience disgust on some of their services. I don't need to elaborate, just experience it for yourself...
very unprofessional of medical staff especially in emergency .. hospital without elevator .. pure hospital protocols the priority not the patient's condition .. the size of the government fee, the service is worthless .. pity the patient with you, especially the ignorant and the money .. DOH .. that's the way it is! ..

Went there this morning.. It's normal for the service to become slower since there are lots of people in government hospitals.. But for me, the wait isn't that bad and the facilities are good.. the employees are strict but not rude/arrogant so I don't have any problems with that. This hospital is a lot more comfortable compared to PGH

I was about to donate blood today June 13 2016 and came early by 7:00 am but the nurse told me to just read the posted memo. It was written that the starting time in accepting blood donation is at 8:00 am, so I waited till 8:00 am so I tell myself they will start but it was already 8:10 the line was so long and still they never responded to start the service so I knocked at the door and tell the nurse if what time they will start,. The nurse frowned and became annoyed at me. He closed the door with in disrespectful manner.
By 8:15 they started collecting papers so I gave my paper also. About 9:00 am still they have no action taken,, To my disappointment I walk out and go to work . I came back at 4:00 pm but they don't want to entertain me and said to came back again tomorrow.
So inconsiderate!

Slow service before I use the facility from 7am I been finish around 9am and now 7am til 12:30pm, not improve but rather became more slow.
Thank you to the OB-GYNE Emergency for treating my condition as fast as posibble. Thank you to SICU for taking care of me and making sure I'm okay all the time. Doctors and nurses in OB are always working hard.

He was rushed to Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center where he was treated for the stab wound. 'Although he was simply sent home'. He returned to the hospital because of difficulty in breathing. He died on Monday morning. SUE THE HOSPITAL

They will attend to you if you are dying while waiting in line. Some staff are rude and doesnt want to be bothered.
As for the PAY WARD the nursing services are great, very kind and well trained. I have to applaud them for their service because I have not experienced this in any secondary and tertiary hospital I have been. The residents make their rounds regularly but some lacks patient-doctor relationship, nonetheless I still consider it better than other government hospitals. The O.R. facilities are good and for the first time I have met most of the medical team I felt special and secured. In the recovery room I have observed a very attentive staff, even with my very feeble wave they were still able to noticed it and attend to me despite of the number of patients who were there. The Laboratory staff are not so approachable and cooperative they treat relatives of the patients all knowing they do not provide accurate source of information and the labeling on the blood bag is scary is made up of cardboard =( . Of course this comment does not apply to those who are not guilty. I m just sharing our experience on my situation.

It's okay when I was in the rules because I know most of the time I've got a temporary pass or visitor that's just what the guardians have done me out and that the visitor is coming in if it's not okay to implement what's going to happen if the the patient will be released tired and will stay with my people when they talk. bad experience but when it comes to doctors and nurses it's okay rules are just rules

The most unprofessional hospital personnel I've ever known. From guard, billing department, nurses and even doctors, they are all unprofessional. They treat their patients like an experiment and training tools for their new nurses.

poor service, nurses when you come to ask for help lage saying that just wait, the doctor does not care about the patient they do not talk to the patient, or the patient's guard, they are cramped around their dirty and dirty disenfic of chlorine is just cleaned up. so many dying kc they are leaving those in emergency after they've been dying for care, but they all died before they died and did not read by reading illustrated by their actions on those who need help, our President DUTERTE will also act in order to speed up their service and to lower the mortality of that Hospital.
