High quality products, well priced including shipping. I now have a lovely patio umbrella and cushions ready for warmer weather

Shipping took a while but I am happy with the product.

I ordered a lounge cushion with sunbrella fabric from Wal-mart but shipped from Jordan. the workmanship was very poor quality, the stitching on the top head of the cushion was sown slanted and not straight across. Delivery was promised by june 1st I received an email stating I wouldn't receive until june 8 the cushion was delivered june 5th I don't know if it was Jordan or Wal marts error or promise of delivery. I am returning the cushion and not reordering. Also the cushion was not pulled firmly but was loose and creased and wrinkled and not from shipping, just poorly made like someone wasn't paying attention or in a hurry. I am sending WalMart the same feedback. There should be some kind of quality control to insure items are properly sewn and as shown in picture.

I'm furious with this company based on an order with Hayneedle and they are not having any luck getting and HONEST response from Jordan. My item was listed as Coral Coast which is carried by numerous online shopping sources....beware as it may be coming from Jordan, or may never come at all.

Loading time 8 hours , they loading by hands and it s floor load , don t waste your time ,the worst company ever in the nation .

If you come here to p/u load be prepared for Long waiting time, 10+

I arrived night before. Allowed to park overnight on lot and able to check in an hour early next morning. Was loaded within 45 minutes and out gate before scheduled morning appt. Very nice people.
