Excellent experience. Everything was great - from the showroom in Crouch End and samples to take home to advice from staff, ordering, delivery and the feel and look of the wooden floor. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly; they gave very useful advice and clearly indicated timelines for everything. Also a big plus to be able to support a local shop. Can recommend warmly.

I bought a floor from Jordan Andrews a couple of months ago and couldn't be happier with the service and the result that I received. All the staff we're really helpful and kind and kept us updated day-to-day regarding the progress. Jordan Andrews are dedicated, caring and very professional. We purchased our flooring from them. It was supplied and delivered on time and they even followed up with a home visit for advice.

We needed some varnish and they sent us two cans free of charge!

Accidentally I managed to scorch part of the floor, they came round in person and fixed it for me - without charging me anything!

Just had my loft extended and had both sections re-floored by Jordan Andrews. Am absolutely delighted with the results. Both the guys who installed, Karl & Martin have done some very high quality work and were a pleasure to have in to do the install. The range of woods and patterns on offer in the Crouch End showroom was great and customer service all around has been really good. Would have no problem recommending anyone wanting hardwood flooring to go with JA.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They made it really easy for us to choose a floor and explained all the different variations and possibilities. I bought my engineered wood floor from Jordan Andrews and was very happy with the product. I bought the Istoria Classic Bespoke Platinum Original Oak Character boards. The wood was good quality and delivered on time. I dealt with Nick who was super helpful. He organised for beading to be coloured the same as the wood floor for me. A good experience from beginning to end. Thanks very much.

I visited several suppliers of hardwood flooring but was unable to find exactly what I needed until I came across Istoria Wood Floors. They have an incredible variety of wood flooring to choose from. I was shown round by Jordan and with his knowledge and experience, it wasn t long before we found the exact colour and character of flooring I was after.

Customer service was excellent - Jordan and Jeni were a pleasure to work with. The fitters did an amazing job and finished ahead of schedule.

Overall, I m really pleased and would definitely recommend!

These guys did a great Job. Flooring the whole house. It was easy, a lot of levelling and tricky edges but they nailed it. Great stuff guys, Would defo recommend.

I bought over 200 square metres of engineered floor boards from them.

Less than a year, gaps appears in a few places within the area of floors with under floor heating.

The company insisted the problem was with installation

I felt otherwise and was very disappointed with the experience and regrets the decision of buying floor from them.

I used Jordan Andrews for the first time on a refurbishment project. They supplied me with around 150 sq meters of flooring as well as bespoke stair treads. From day one I received a professional service from everyone, great advice on the best product and colour. It was delivered on time and I am so happy with the finished product. A great, professional and friendly company to deal with. Would highly recommend them

We are renovating our house, Jordan Andrews is the only company I have dealt with that have been on time, on price and always available for advice, would use again.

Having finished a yearlong project on my house and used around 50 different suppliers the only company I would never recommend is Jordan Andrews. They promise the world and deliver nothing .Literally!

There are many great wood floor shops out there, Please avoid Jordan Andrews at all costs!
