I had a better experience there than I have had at any other dealership. Let's face it, buying a new car is not usually fun. At least for me anyway. But Jones made it straight forward. I appreciate that. I have some follow up work that they need to do to finish the transaction. I will let you know how it goes. But so far I am satisfied. Better than most.

Shopping for a car at Jones Ford was the easiest place we have ever purchased a car from. Matt met us at the front door, no pressure - gave us all the time we needed to look at vehicles and ask questions. They gave us a great offer on the trade in ( a 4 door Jeep - Oscar - I think they like it). Smooth sailing on finance and we were out the door. Jones Ford will definitely be our next place to shop. From start to finish, the purchase of my new Mustang GT from the Jones Auto Group was fantastic. After contacting the dealership about one of the vehicles that they had, I had the most hassle-free purchase of a new vehicle that I've had. This staff was friendly, welcoming, accommodating and no BS. I actually drove a little over 2 hours to get to this dealership to finish the purchase. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. I came there with the intent to pay cash for a vehicle. There were 3 listed, however didn't seem like the sales person really wanted to help. So we purchased elsewhere, it wasn't a huge sale $5,000 or less but it was a lay down. No follow up or call back. Somewhere along the way I think the art of selling and quality customer service has been lost.

This dealer is the best service I have seen from a Ford dealer. I have purchased 20 fords in the last 25 years from a dealership in Northern Arizona and last year changed from Babbitts to Jones Ford dealership.
What a breath of fresh air at Jones where there was no BS with the service provided. I arrived fifteen minutes before the service appointment and was completed within a hour as promised. At the other deanship I would be waiting at least 20 minutes before starting my service and would be a half a day at the dealership before completion.
I changed my lease of an Explorer to a purchase when the lease matured and had the same experience at the purchase of Jones which there were no games in the change from a lease to a purchase. Jones saved allot of money for me and will not go back to Flagstaff for a Ford for allot of reasons. Many persons I know in Flagstaff have had the same experience I have had and Jones saves allot of money by driving a little to a reputable Ford dealer.
We brought our new Ford Ranger in for its first oil change (and some minor warranty work) last week. We NEVER get our vehicles serviced at dealerships but decided to give Jones Ford a try. The service was excellent, and they provided a free shuttle to and from our home (which is in Sedona!) while the truck was worked on. The shuttle driver was great, Damian was super helpful, and the work was done to completion in a timely fashion. Added bonus: We used Ford Pass courtesy points which covered the oil change. My husband was so impressed with the whole experience, he bought the staff a box of donuts. Well done, Jones Ford!
