Jones Brothers have just completed a full house wide dormer with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe for us. I could not recommend this company enough to anyone comparing companies. It was project managed by Paul who kept us updated daily, and supported by an excellent and very professional team, who also provided advice throughout the project in their individual specialities. The spec and finish is superb and the house has been left immaculate. Thank you to Paul and team!

My loft conversion was completed in Autumn 2019 and I cannot praise Jones Brothers enough. I am over the moon with my finished conversion and all our friends and family love staying in the newly converted room and bathroom. The guys on site were polite, hardworking and reliable. The office dealt with all my queries/requests efficiently. Personally, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jones Brother to my family and friends. Definitely a 5* service!

Jones Bros did a great job on our loft conversion, and we also asked them to replace a pitched glass roof in our kitchen with a flat one, containing a glass roof lantern (fitted by the supplier). The quality of their workmanship has been of a very high standard throughout. They do not cut corners, generally listen to what you want, respond with thought and care, and as a family run firm you talk to the same people throughout.

Our two projects took far longer than we had expected, and as always there were challenges along the way, but in the end the results are well worth it. I would recommend Jones and want to say thank you to all the various people who we got to know so well over the past year or so. Happy Christmas all!

We originally used Jones Brothers 20+ years ago to build our first loft extension. Their work was excellent and when we came to sell the house earlier this year stood up to the buyers' quite extensive review. Nothing was found to have failed.
They have now completed the loft extension to our new house and we have are very pleased wit the result.
Their staff are very polite, deliver the highest quality products and have been very willing to go the extra mile!
Clearly a dependable company with excellent staff delivering the highest quality product in a very time efficient manner.

We are very happy with our loft conversion was, which was carried out by Jones Brothers this summer (2019). This has made an enormous difference to our house and turned out better than anticipated.



If we could give any advice, it would be to be available as much as possible. There were small decisions and good ideas given by everyone along the way. If we had not been available to ask, they would have had to make their best estimate of what we may have wanted.
We are happy to recommend Jones Brothers, they are a good company.

We are so pleased with our loft extension. We now have two extra rooms and a bathroom. The workmanship is excellent, the staircase in particular. It is spectacular and you would not know that the loft has just been added to the house.
All the workman were excellent, punctual and leaving the site clean and tidy. If we had any questions, they were promptly answered and procedures were explained well throughout. We really thought they went out of their way to leave us very happy and content with our loft.
We can highly recommend Jones to anyone who is thinking of having a quality loft extension.

We hired Jones Brothers to extend our one-bedroom loft to create another room and a shower room, and are delighted with the result. The company advised us on layouts to ensure we maximised the space available and then completed the project in about 12 weeks. All of the team on site were friendly, hardworking and very good at their crafts, and always tidied up after themselves. The office were also very efficient and generally responded to our queries promptly. And while there was the odd hiccup along the way, problems were dealt with swiftly and effectively. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jones Brothers.

The one star is the workmanship which is fine although the finish could have been improved as a lot is reliant on the customer but everything else on the build was terrible.

The small loft conversation should have taken 12 weeks, it's taken approximately an additional 10 weeks

The customer service is quite frankly terrible. We have been accused of lying and received several threatening emails.

There is a lack of consultation with the customer on important decisions. They changes things on the plans without even telling us.

Communication has also been terrible. They ask customers to communicate by email which is fine but sometimes the emails just don't make sense. We also had weeks at time with no-one on site without being advised. We had understood there would be gaps but it would have been nice to be advised

Additional costs are extortionate particularly for plumbing and electrics.

The whole process has been quite frankly stressful and at times very upsetting. We are paying Jones Bros to project manage but felt we were doing this.

In short I would not recommend you use the company if you are considering a loft conversion for your home.

A very professional and highly skilled company that helped us bring our project to life. We employed Jones Brothers to help us convert our 3 bedroom bungalow to a 5 bedroom house and we couldn't be happier with the results.
As with any big building project there were a few hiccups along the way, however Jones Brothers worked hard to fix the issues promptly. Overall they were a great company to work with and we highly recommend them.

We would just like to thank Jones Brothers for the fantastic work carried out by their team to convert our loft into such a wonderful space.

The process from start to finish was smooth and the guys on site were so hard working and polite.

Even though the loft was completed about 6 weeks ago, we have only just moved up into our new bedroom and absolutely love the space created.
