I really think it's a great company to work for so far my experience and wonderful

This was a great place to work with a lot of great people!

where do I start? Promises of raises that never come, hours shorted on checks and being made to wait until the following payday. Being told by HR to not get my expectations up when I needed said money that I was shorted, after making 4 phone calls where I was sent to a voicemail. Failure to communicate with their employees properly. Running trucks with no AC in the FL sun, with no shade or protection, no water on the jobsite, and only a 30 minute break at noon where the employees still sit in the hot sun. Considering OSHA laws state that if you are working outside in the sun and heat, the company is required to give you 15 minute breaks in the shade where you can rehydrate and cool off. This company does not do that.

Empty promises of raises, higher ups have no clue what middle management is doing, do the same items on the job 4 and 5 times, inexperienced supervisors blame their failures on the operators and laborers, unorganized, they will use you until they dont need you and think of bogus reasons to lay you off or fire you, sorry I wasted my time, don't waste yours

I have worked with this company for many years now and they are fantastic to do business with from the office personnel to the field supers

The best company in Florida too work for . They give you everything you need to succeed, all you have to do is add your determination and full effort !

I'm a new heavy equipment operator, but so far I love this company.
