I fully understand that it must be tough for pubs to get going again..but was very disappointed in our recent visit. Our order of a breaded chicken burger had to be changed to just a chicken burger. The portion was small, cold and generally very poor. We'll done to the waiting staff, they are doing well. I'll not bother going back.

Lovely pub. Table service, outside space, can even sit by the river and enjoy a drink. Great for families and dog friendly
Friendly and prompt service. Hot chocolate served tepid and weak. Incorrect salad served with my sandwich and the Spinach was gritty, obviously unwashed and inedible
So I love this pub and its surroundings, I've eaten here a few times before covid, we booked on Sunday and waited over an hour for our food - there was no chicken on the menu no halloumi fries literally it was easier to be told what we could have, I had the beef roast - the beef was chewy not nice but to be fair the rest of the dinner was delicious, I love it here but not the food maybe they need some time to settle back into business after forced closures

Nice location by the canal. Friendly & helpful staff and good selection of food on the menu. Very pleasant and covid-safe.
