I am very unimpressed with this Pharmacy. I had a compound prescription and they didn t even bother to ask me if I was lactose intolerant. They mixed my prescription with lactose when millions of Americans are lactose intolerant. They billed my insurance and they told me if I wanted another prescription without lactose I had to pay for it out of pocket because my insurance could not be billed again. My prescription was worthless. When I asked why they didn t ask me if I was lactose intolerant they said that they asked me if I was allergic to any medications. They don t understand that lactose intolerance has nothing to do with medication or allergies?
I cannot believe I haven t written this review sooner because I ve frequented Jolley s for the better part of 8 years. It is truly my happy place. They have everything you could ever want... I usually go in to get my Diet Coke, but I also stop by when I need an hour to myself. I have purchased gifts for parents, my children, teachers, neighbors and friends. In addition any time i need a last minute birthday or baby gift it s my go to spot. You need balloons they ve got it, ribbon.. no problem. How about flowers for your loved one or teacher, don t worry they have a florist on site. I ve gone in when I couldn t find my earrings for a girls night out they ve got me covered. One time I was going to a somewhat upscale event and didn t have any dresses that would work, no problem jolley s had the perfect dress. In the summers they have food trucks come on Monday nights and the snow cone shack every day (except Sunday). In the winter they set up a Santa Claus picture photo op and I ve taken a wreath making class from them which was the best class I ve been to in years. Also the staff will greet you by name, making you feel so important. In short this is the most amazing place on earth and you should definitely come in and check it out!!
We had to run in and grab some medicine for my husband. This place is so beautiful inside with lots of holiday displays.....I felt like I was in a craft store. They also carry a lot of high end fragrance candles and reed diffusers....so I had to get my favorite holiday scent. We staff were friendly and quick to get us out of there and on our way!
Short version: They don t enforce the mask mandate Long version: I recently started using their pharmacy to get my medications. I came in today and saw groups of mask-less people literally touching rubbing their hands all over their mouths and then touching things at the counters. When I asked they said they aren t really enforcing the mask mandate and that people had a right to decide if they want to wear them which is disappointing considering they offer a service that many people rely on for their health/ life/ well being. Until the pandemic is over I ll have to stop going to them and switch pharmacies again. I like jolly s a lot but it s not worth compromising my health over. I m really disappointed.
A solid pharmacy and amazing place to get unique gifts and candy. Keep this place alive!
Terrible customer service, they dont properly explain things, limited inventory in their pharmacy. Go somewhere else.
Such a cute store exept I really wanted to buy a print poster but the lady "helping" said it was on hold and 3 people where on hold before me and I could not purchase it she couldn't even explain to me if I could order another one made me super upset how I'm a paying customer and I wasn't even given proper exactly explanation plus she was very rude about me asking questions. Never going back again worst customer service plus I'm so sad I couldn't even order the item I wanted. To bad I didint take her name down...
Really cute selection found gifts and candy, some things seemed a little on the pricey side but it was all unique and very clean.

This pharmacy doesn t open on time and closes early they also are unprofessional not very courteous and have terrible customer service

1 mistake: Meh... 2 mistakes with pain meds...ok, time for a review! Because of the importance of meds to control my eye pain, I asked that I be notified when it came in so that I would have the option of picking it up before mailing. ( I only live 10 mins away.) When I called to check on the status, they ignored my request and had already shipped it out. It took 3 days to get it...instead of overnite...or same day IF they hadn't ignored my request. This is not setting a high standard... I'm Not happy!
Excellent service in providing my compounded prescription .....including delivery to my home. Also, they have an excellent selection of greeting cards and lovely, unusual gifts. Jolley's is my go to place in SLC when I need a gift.
Closes to early. then they even aren't open until closing hours some times. Not going there any more.
Love this store! I don't use the pharmacy much, but the rest of the store is pretty amazing. They are a favorite place to get special gifts, candy and things so unique and fun.
