This is the hospital my son is to be born at becau...

This is the hospital my son is to be born at because it's the closest, and we use the health department as well. But after a recent visit and one from a few months I'm definitely worried about it. When my fiancee went in for a fall they were very nice and careful. The next time, she was so exhausted and a little confused that the nurse asking her all the question didn't get the full story and obviously just filled in with assumptions. Early that week at our check-up the DOCTOR came in and told us, she had a bad UTI (this was at the health department), my fiancee heard the nurse at the hospital talking to the doctor and they assumed my fiancee went to the health department with complaints and they just gave her medicine to make her less antsy. And then came back and told her she was only severely dehydrated and needed to drink more water. (which by the way, they didn't give her fluids). At the health department we didn't tell the doctor anything, she was the one who told us that the urine showed traces of blood, protein, and other stuff which confirmed a UTI and even gave us paper work to show the hospital, if anything got worse. Which it did. My fiancee is determined not to go back until she's in labor. But she is still very tired, and sometimes wakes up in the morning dazed and confused. And she has been drinking a lot of water; but that hospital made her feel stupid and unwanted. She doesn't want to go back. If we had a choice, we would not use this hospital. Still going to try and stay hopeful that when he arrives, that it will go smoothly and this hospital redeems itself in my eyes.

Received a bill for $3190.00 from UNC Johnston Health. I had live in Las Vegas, NV since 2005. I have completed the Federal Trade Commission Identity Theft Report. Because the person that they think is me. Has stolen my identity. And when I question UNC Johnston Health. They confirmed the person that was seen in the er room on 06/20/19 lives in Wilson N.C. and has a 919 area code telephone number. So how in the hell can they make such a huge mistake. They really need to check their process of making sure they have the right person. Far as correct name and correct date of birth and most of all correct SSN!!!

Wow, after reading all of the bad reviews, I pray I never have to end up at this hospital. The bad reviews far out weigh the good. Doesn't sound good, I am surprised they aren't slapped with multiple lawsuits according to all the negative reviews.

Nurses here are very discriminatory and rude all because I don't have insurance. Word to these nurses, karma hits hard and it may very well be you one day in need of health care, and I hope that day comes and you get a nurse twice as rude and hateful as you have been. Best believe I will be well again and this is far from over

I came here in massive pain they got me through the admission and waiting very quickly about 30 minutes then I sat in the back from 9 pm till 2 am. The worst part was they didn't even ask me if I need any medicine for my pain no water nothing. It took 2 hours to get my test results they sat around talking and eating while I stayed calling them for some assistance it took a family member to act crazy for them to move.

Bad enough that the pancakes were under cooked but,the ( pig ) bacon was still oinking
( very under cooked). A health station that should be making good people well is serving under cooked food especially pork. The health department should hear about this. 5/5/2018

Took a family member to the emergency department for a dislocated shoulder and the nurses were quick to assess the situation and they were also empathetic. The doctor was quick but he explained exactly what he was gonna do which was very appreciated.

The hospital is growing by leaps and bounds with up to date technology. Now if you can retrain your technicians, nurses and CNA's in smiling and better attitudes and friendly patients may feel more assured they are safe. Never in my life have i undergone a procedure and as each step was about to occur the techician didn't make you aware what was about to happen . Ive always been told the contrast being administered will make you feel warm, if i had not ever had one i would have freaked out. Please always meet the patient need and not the quota. Each time i am forced to make this place my first stop because i don't know how urgent my situation maybe i have a bad experience .

Dr William ye-lim (Low) has horrible beside manner only talking about prices of the medicine Btw I'm allergic to penicillin and knowing this dr lowe said I should take it because its a cheap alternative to its generic. And when I asked him if lifting heavy objects would affect or make hemorrhoids worse he replied no the nurse who came in seemed much more educated in in the medical field then the so called "doctor" lowe I don't know how he graduated or where he got his degree from but in his case it seems to be nothing more then a worthless piece of paper He discriminates

My child was in the physic ward at this hospital and I was concerned that he was not mentally sound to leave the hospital. I was assured that he was ok and I was promised before I check my son out that I would be able to have a talk session and go over going home rules. The nurse that handled his release was disrespectful she wouldn t answer any of my questions as promised and just pushed papers in my face for me to sign. I kept asking her what I was signing and trying to do the talk session but she refused to cooperate. My son ended up stealing my car, setting my house on fire and cut his throat. I feel very betrayed by the hospital. I was lied to and manipulated into signing my son out of the hospital. They kept on assuring it was ok, they dismissed all my concerns and used their education and positions to emotionally bully me into doing something that was not in my sons best interest.

Brought my daughter in on a Friday afternoon and to my surprise was seen very quickly. Everyone we dealt with (and I mean EVERYONE) from check in all the way thru discharge was absolutely AMAZING to deal with. The PA, Ben that saw my daughter was extremely helpful and understanding and Can with registration was super nice as well. Thanks again so much for taking care of my baby girl!

Absolutely horrible service. You go into the ER expecting good care. I have been to many hospitals and have never had an experience like this one. I was unfortunately out of town, but this was five minutes from my hotel. Whoever came in to assist me each time never introduced themselves. I was there for EIGHT hours with no pain meds, no fluids and no attention on me. I understand there are other patients, but we were never even told a simple sorry for the delay or information as to what was taking so long. The CT scan reader was broken and I asked multiple times to have my IV taken out because I wanted to go home, but they had me wait on results. My one year old, husband and I were waiting far too long and not treated well whatsoever. If you can help it - avoid this hospital at all costs. I have severe bruising on my arms due to them messing up my IV's 3x and I could not be more disappointed in how they discharged me, as well. Such an awful place to be stuck at when you need to get your gallbladder removed! ZERO stars if I could. I've only ever rated a few things in my life; this is how strongly I feel about how poor my care was.

The hospital is the reason that my Mama is dead. The 2nd and 3rd floor doctor's and nurses neglected her needs and gave her too potassium and other medicine that resulted in her death June 8, 2017. The hospital needs to be closed permanently. I turned the doctor's and staff in to the NC medical board but it was useless. They didn't do anything. If you or a love one is sick I urge you to not go to this hospital.

I am an insured with the Blue across Blue Shield S...

I am an insured with the Blue across Blue Shield State Plan. I live in Johnston County. I have recently discovered that the UNC Johnston Hospital in Smithfield has contracted with emergency room physicians Schumacher Clinical Partners. While the hospital is in-network these physicians are not. They do this for explicit purpose that they can get more money from you the insured and there is no savings for us the insureds by their contracting with the insurance company. This is called balance billing and is illegal in several states. Schumacher will tell you they do not balance bill to get you to send them the money BCBS sends you to pay them but then they turn around and do just that. It is a way for the hospital, emergency doctors and insurance companies to collude together and we the insureds are left paying more for services than we should. I would appeal to this hospital to stop this practice. It is bad enough you are going to them at a time when you are in need and need help that you then get taken advantage of because you are trying to be responsible by going to an in-network hospital only to be re-injured financially by being hit with the full cost for the emergency doctor s bill. If you have a choice go to another hospital for emergency services. If you are insured with BCBS State Plan, please join with me in reporting this situation to the NC Attorney General and NC Insurance Commissioner s Office. Thank you!

I left feeling as bad if not worse as I did when I arrived. I also left with the biggest bruise I've ever had in my life from a little blood work too so, thanks for that. Had only I felt well enough to check the ratings of this ER prior to going there, I would have rode the extra few miles to a better facility where people actually know what they're doing.

The behavioral health department has refused to let me speak to my husband. I was told mutiple times he did not want to speak to me, the two times he did call me he told me that was not true and they keep drugging him and drugging him during visitation hours. I'm extremely disappointed by the staff. I have left multiple complaints and no response back reguarding this situation.

My wife was sent there by her Dr. for an immediate...

My wife was sent there by her Dr. for an immediate ultrasound after watching the doctor's office fax them over the referral. When she got to the hospital and went to the Outpatient Desk she was told that her CT scan wasn't scheduled until 5pm that evening, and it was 12:30 when she got there. She showed them the referral from her Dr. that was faxed over and they told them that there wasn't much they could do and she could wait to see if they could work her in. So she called her Dr. back and even the Drs. office wasn't able to get her an appointment with them until the next morning at 8:30am. So after spending 45 minutes with the outpatient desk we were sent home until the next morning.

When my wife arrived the next morning at the Outpatient Desk she was told that she was in the wrong spot. REALLY!?!?!?! She was just there with you the day before and you couldn't have told her that then. Not only was she in the wrong spot, she was in the wrong building all together. She had to go across the highway to the new Medical Mall to get her ultrasound. The staff at the Outpatient desk who helped her the day before gave her the typically FAKE "Well Im sorry for the inconvenience" nonsense. When she got over to the Other building the staff was just arriving for the day at 8:35, when her appointment was at 8:30!?!?! The doors weren't even open yet. So now she has to wait for them to check her in and fill out paperwork over there.

We will never be going back to this hospital for any reason and we live in Johnston County and it is the closest medical facility!!! I would rather drive the extra 15 miles to Garner in order to get proper medical attention from competent staff. Don't go unless you have to.

This hospital does not take pride in their work their profession, or in theirselves. Poor quality care, lack of concern in all areas of service, and their lack of compassion borders on inhumane treatment of patients. Save yourself a lot of hassels, go to Raleigh, Cary, Duke, or Chapel Hill for hospital care

Staff is quick to respond and take care of patients. The receptionist and secretaries are amiable and thoroughly explain any information they give. The nurses and other medical staff are equally nice, despite how the waiting room can get full on certain days. JCHD facilities are also kept clean and organized. My overall experiences are positive, seeing how the Health Department is friendly, quick and thorough, and clean.

I was just sent another bill, the first one was too the hospital itself which was fine. I just received another bill from Shumacher Clinical partners for a lot. There is a Incision and Removal fee and that is understandable, but there is a Physician charge for more than the Incision charge. I waited a long time for 30 minutes maybe worth of actual treating all over a little fishing hook in my leg. The only reason I even went to the E.R. was people talking about infection and stuff.

I am 72 and passed out from heat exhaustion after ...

I am 72 and passed out from heat exhaustion after I went to the gym. When I fell I bumped my head, no big deal little bump, drop of blood. The heat exhaustion was the problem and I felt awufl. The EMS came and took my BP/Blood sugar/EKG/Temp. They recommended they give me an IV and take me to the JC ER. I declined because of the 600.00 ambulance fee. My medicare will pay most of it but it is a waste of our medicare dollars. My friend drove me the 8 minute ride for a lot less.

At the JC ER they insisted on doing all those test that had been done 30 minutes before I arrived: EKG, Blood sugar, BP, temp, and they also took urine. More medicare dollars but still no IV.

I worked med serv in a steel mill for 20 years and handled literally dozens and dozens of heat exhaustion cases. I needed an IV...nothing else. But they wouldn't even give me water, though they didn't seem to mind me drinking out of the fountain.

Next they wanted to do a cat scan for the bump so I declined. I didn't come in there for the bump on my head. I understand that it can be more than you think it is...so can bumping your head on a cabinet: people have bumped their heads and gone on and died a few hours later; still: you rarely run for a cat scan when you do it, right? I told them I understood their liability and was happy to sign the release, no prob.

Then they wanted to X-Ray my chest...no radiation please....that would not tell a thing. HEAT EXHAUSTION!!! A few minutes later the Dr. comes in and it starts out polite but she immediately commands, " I need you to sit on this table." I said, "Okay, on the edge?" "No! I need you up on it in the middle!" Not loud but curt. I immediately complied. Then she starts in.. I can't really treat you since you are refusing everything we try to do" FIRST EXAGGERATION/PREVARICATION: I described above the 4 test that I submitted to, 3 of which had been done within the hour....so I said, "No...you've treated me...I think I just needed saline..." then she tells me "You won't let me get a word in!" Obviously an exaggeration.

Yes, I DID interrupt her when she said the falsehood about me not letting them treat me. Am supposed to just let her make one false accusation or exaggeration after another (and boy, did she....) unchallenged??!

I asked, "Why do you say that?" and she said, "Well, I couldn't get you to sit down...." I already described, word-for-word about the seating and I gave her ZERO problem no attitude whatsoever: I was, in fact, caught totally unaware of her causticity until I had sat.

And believe me, there were more: She was spoiling or a fight...every time I tried to discuss something or explain why I did something or didn't do something it was because I was angry and "squirrelly" and uncooperative....had no problem other than they weren't treating the real problem until she came in. At that she walked out.

The obvious truth is she came in there with an attitude because I wouldn't let them run Medicare the bill up and put radiation in my chest when they wouldn't even do anything for the real problem. I didn't even get the tetanus shot which I agreed to for the slight cut on the bump on my head.

I accomplished nothing by going there except delaying my hydration which had already improved marvelously by this time from drinking water out of the fountain and later the sink in the exam room while waiting both cases in their presence yet they never offered me any liquid.

That doctor is clearly not all there. She knew that there was treatment to be offered and she refused it out of pure spite over some tests that had nothing to do with my condition. To me she's a big red flag and I will never accept treatment from her. I've personally seen her temper can come out of someone politely declining suggestions and then let that temper get in the way of the Hippocratic oath. I already know she's capable of standing by and not offering aid....what if she had a REAL reason to be angry?! I'd be afraid of any, "treatment," she offered.

Great hospital, nurses and doctors were wonderful and so caring during such a hard time for me. I was miscarrying and in excruciating pain they did everything to keep me comfortable and showed so much sympathy and compassion. Dr actually stayed and talked to my husband and I and explained everything. This hospital actually treated me soo much better than Vidant did.

I have been to this hospital many times with my children & grandson. I have also been to many "high dollar" hospitals. They all have one thing in common, they aren't perfect! I've had bad experiences in all & I've had good experiences in all. My grandson was born here & I wasn't impressed with the maternity wards appearance especially after seeing others in the big hospitals. But my daughter & grandson were taken care of. She had a c section. My oldest daughter had major surgery here after an accident many years ago & she was treated well. She goes their often to the ER/Urgent care when needed & she is treated well most of the time. She is mentally challenged. In every medical facility there will be good & not great people. But remember that when you go to get treatment anywhere it is always emotional. Medical people are taught to do their job without getting emotionally involved in the moment. Their concern is helping the injured & making sure theres no life threatening issues, if none, then they get to wait.. I always get so frustrated when I have to wait for long times, especially if it's a minor injury or sickness. ER's have to treat the ones with life treatening issues 1st. As for the ones who are admitted, believe me, I've seen my share of ill natured nurses who are only there for a pay check. They are in every hospital & work every shift. Fortunately there are more nurses who do care & do their job well. I rank Johnson Health as average because I don't believe there are perfect hospitals but there are bad ones.

This is the worse hospital i have ever been to. They are very slow, waste patients time and dont care. The doctors and nurses rather sit around and waste time talking instead of taking care of there patients. They spend a majority of there time doing NOTHING. Then the best is they assume your here for one thing and one thing only when really your in need of help. This is the hospital you come to die at not to be treated.

Came here to have a friend checked out after being in a car accident. He had to ask the nurse to clean the scrape on his legs and they did but the funny part is they never put on gloves or washed hands before or after. On top of that the wait is awful you have staff talking about trips, food, and anything else. If they spend more time tending to patients maybe they would get things done. I wish I had taken pics dried blood all on the floor side to the wall and chairs. Had to ask the staff to clean some of it up. Filthy rooms.

I am going to tell it like it is. The staff and do...

I am going to tell it like it is. The staff and doctors were friendly but I have kidney stones and massive pain. I am a trucker, I presented with some of the worse pain I have ever been in. They did give me an injection of toradol (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) the equivalent of 6-7 otc ibuprofen and zophran in pill form for nausea. They preformed a CT scan that confirmed stones. But due to a hospital policy they were prohibited from giving me narcotic pain management both in-patient and outpatient due to my occupation. This is absurd. It is as absurd as denying a physician pain management due to them having to make decisions about the care of a patient. I would no more drive a commercial vehicle under the influence of pain medication any more than a surgeon would preform surgery on a patient while under the influence of pain medication. Now I have to go crawl into a hotel bed in the fetal position for X amount of days suffering for no reason with ibuprophen and Flowmax for no other reason than some internal liability risk adversion at the expense of my "the patient's" well being. Truckers have more regulations regarding medication than commercial airline pilots. We are subject to random and frequent urinalysis, hair follicle testing, Homeland security background checks, constant monitoring by the FMCSA and the DOT, just having benadryl in the cab without a prescription is an automatic DUI. A failed urinalysis without medical documentation is an automatic license revocation permanently and an accident while under the influence is an automatic prison sentence. For the love of God if a trucker is saying he is in pain by God he is in freaking pain and trust me all the inconvenience involved in finding transport to a hospital then having to go get a DOT medical exam just to go back into service after that visit is enough of a deterrent that most illnesses are just ignored by the trucker for the sheer week it will put him out of service. Your staff needs to be trained to deal with these situations. I wonder what a jury would think of this case. I am of half the mind to call a personal injury/malpractice attorney.

I give it 5 stars just because I haven't been there yet. I can't say it's a bad hospital until im proved otherwise . I'm having a hysterectomy about 7 weeks from now. My Obgyn is preforming the surgery at this hospital. Not sure if he has all of his patients go there but all I can say is that if the the staff is as good as mr dr, the place must be great.Ive been to ERs in many states and here in nc as well . I've learned that you must be patient when waiting for medical treatment. Some people are just nasty and think that they're the only ones that are sick. I've seen people cuss of medical staff. Yes the same people that are going to cure your illness. When I'm sick, I go in there very humble and I use proper manners because I seriously need help. I think that being kind and patient goes a long way.

The only reason I m giving this hospital any stars...

The only reason I m giving this hospital any stars is due to the caring efforts of the psychiatry department. The emergency department and the people who answer the phones for them need to do better and be more kind and helpful. They judged my family for their behavior and presentation during stressful circumstances, discharged my brother who is non-verbal with severe autism before his health issues were resolved, and discharged him at the ridiculous hour of 4AM. This is unacceptable and no way to treat a suffering person, especially someone with a disability and his caregivers. I am very disappointed with the lack of compassion and empathy from this emergency department, and I do thank the few individuals who did care and provide medical assistance during my family s emergency.

I was there for 3 days, and my overall experience was BAD!!! However, a FEW of their nurses seems to really love their jobs, and they also actually knew what they were doing; and they were GREAT!!! The others nurses I had seem to hate their jobs, or maybe just "certain patients." As for my 2 doctors, well let's just say; I never did see them!!! I probably seen the both of them a total of 30 mins together, my entire stay!!!ha!!! I have GREAT insurance(NOT MEDICAID), so I don't know what the problem was!!!

They gave me the run around after I was discharge, b/c they screwed up my paperwork(lack of infornation as to whom I needed to follow up with). I spoke with the "hospital director", but I feel my problems still were not resolved.

I could go on, and on; but I won't!!! Long story short, I PRAY THAT THEY GET IT TOGETHER FOR THEIR PATIENTS SAKE!!!

Two hours in the emergency room was taken back to a room 30 minutes later still no one came. Every one seemed unorganized. Finely left AMA. Did not have faith that I could be treated properly.

Would have gave 5 stars but the wait time was really long in the lobby. But once I was back there my dr and my nurse named tiffany were both very nice! They moved very quickly to treat me and seemed generally concerened about my well being! Not sure why everybody else is having such a terrible experience here. But I'm glad I had the dr and nurse I did!

If you or a loved one need to go to the hospital and it's absolutely not life and death, please do yourself a huge favor and go to any other hospital but this one. This hospital is a joke. The doctors really just don't care. Clayton is a much better hospital if you can make the trip.

I went to johnston unc last night in Smithfield for back pain I had had for over a week, i went in to make sure nothing was wrong with my kidneys or liver.and the nurses were extremely rude and hateful to me over it, when my blood tests and imaging tests came back negative for anything wrong with my kidneys, liver, or gallbladder the doctor gave me a prescription and the FNP Mary Margaret Tripp Heather came in and wasnt very careful when taking out my Iv which left a big bump and a bruise on my arm and she was muttering under her breath about drug addicts and was extremely rude and hateful and I would recommend to anyone that needs to go to a hospital should either drive to raleigh or go to the other hospital in clayton because these nurses are hateful and unprofessional

*UPDATE*
I went to the clayton er today for GALLSTONES that I FOUND and doctors refused to check those out and the ultrasounds didnt look suspicious but I have been in pain FOR MONTHS and no one not even the drs can figure it out even though I have almost every symptom of gallstones and oh yeah gallbladder issues run IN MY FAMILY!!! So my only option now is to wait till it ruptures or for it to get fo the point that it cant be ignored....doctor kept interrupting me and was like uh huh uh huh uh huh uh huh then said it wasnt gallstones and refused to look at them or test them...IF I end up with a ruptured gallbladder or serious complications because of this I WILL SUE FOR MALPRACTICE....I'm sick of this I'm angry and in PAIN and will sue if this goes south..

If I Could Give NO STARS I WOULD!!!

If I Could Give NO STARS I WOULD!!!
Every Single Time I Come To This Hospital Its Always Them Acting So Inconsiderate. They Are Always JUDGING ME!! Based On My Past And A Scar On My Arm. I Dont Care If Im Dying I Never Want To Go Back To This Hospital AGAIN . Im Pregnant & Having Severe Pain Last Night...The Ambulance Came To Get Me..And I Didnt Think I Would Make It. They Took Me HERE & The Nurses , Younger Ones..Find It Funny i Havent Been Able To Use The Bathroom In A Month! ive Tried Tons Of Laxatives( By My OBGYN of course) , Tried Suppositorys & An Enema ..Nothing Is Helping ! I Know Something Is Wrong! They Gave Me Milk Of Magnesium Or Whatever It Is...And Told Me Ill Go. DIDNT GO...I told My Aunt How They Were Treating Me...Judging A Scar On My Arm & My Past , Judging That I Still Smoke Cigarettes. When They DONT KNOW... Ive Went From A Pack & a Half Down To 5 Or 6 Cigarettes A Day! Thats Damn Good. She Calls Up Here To Tell Them To Stop Saying The Things They Are & Stop Being Disrespectful To Me While Im Laying There In Horrible Pain. Next Thing i Know The Police Is In There Ready To Take Me To Jail!! While Feeling This Way!!!! They Are Saying Im Recording Them...He Asked To Look Through My Phone, I Said Ill Hold It N Show You Whatever You Want To See...He Tells Me Goto Videos, Pictures, Goto Snapchat, Goto Facebook...Etc.. I Do Everything He Asked And NO VIDEO OF COURSE! I Felt So Miserable N Offended....I Told Him Please Have A Nurse Take The I V Out Of The Arm I Begged Her Not To Go In!! Thats Now Extremely Bruised N Hurting .. I Sat Outside Waiting For My Mom...Crying For an Hour IN PAIN...I Hate This Hospital. Youve Always Judged Me And Made Me Feel Worse Than I Did Before Going ! So Thanks For Breaking My Heart.. Reminding Me Of Who I Use To Be....Thats NOT Who I Am Anymore!!!! Im A Mom! I Love My Kids And I Love My Life And I Will Forever Goto A Different Hospital Where Im Sure They Will Treat Me With At Least Some Respect...Where As Here I Feel Like Im Nothing But A Piece Of Garbage.

If it s not an urgent emergency, drive to another hospital! We waited for over 4 hours for our daughter to be seen. They are terribly slow and under staffed. I would have never waited this long at Rex in Raleigh or any wake med. very disappointed! Keep driving!!!!

I wish I could give minus 5 inhumane treatment- I rushed my husband to emergency who just had procedures to take out a kidney stone a few days ago, was suffering acute pain and writhing in pain had to wait 4 hours before they took him in walked up to registration several times to take pity and check him - it was like talking to a stone , there were many patients in the lobby and had pity and were talking how bad the service was, several patients that came after we registered were seen and were let go, they came to ask why we had still not been seen yet. My husbands urine retention was 700 mil When we asked
as to why patients were seen that came after us they said that they were less serious !!? - This hospital must be investigated to the fullest extent as their staff may be prejudiced worst hospital ever.

Ok, for being born here, this is a good place.

Ok, for being born here, this is a good place.

However, when I was running the Johnston Health 5k earlier, I got there extremely early and noticed the parking lot was quite full of litter.

Either way, great place, though I normally go to the Clayton location because it is closer.

This place needs to be shut down and have lawsuits and charges pressed on them cause I've came in twice and apparently all they did was send me home with not much medication and came back a couple days to the same thing while I could of just died than before that been here due to my girl being pregnant and we had asked if there anyway I could back to see the ultrasound of my baby and stuff and one of the nurses said no rudely and everytime I come to this place cause of my girl getting sick and checking up on the baby I'm always being put somewhere else or if not I have to wait and I get no updates or nothing while back home where I'm from it is way different!!!

I had to go in for catherization, and I must shout...

I had to go in for catherization, and I must shout my rating to everyone in NC!!
This hospital by far has the sweetest staff ever! All the people I encountered today from the registration desk, to the surgical floor, and operating room, back to outpatient room to discharge you. OMG they we're the best nurses, and staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
I can't begin to thank you all enough in helping me get through my catherization of my heart.
So happy to hear that Dr.Hook gave me such good news when I was told no blockages!
I was told I met you in the O-R and that I was talking to you ,but I don't remember a thing once I was injected with something that put me in La- La -Land!
Thanks again,
Faye Morrison 5/1/18

This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been...

This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to. My daughter has asthema, she was having an asthma attack and her inhaler was ineffective due to the fact she had not had an asthma attack in over a year. I take her in, the triage nurse checks her out tells us her inhaler isn't working because the medicine was expired. We are taken to a different area to see if we have to pay for whatever insurance doesn't cover and we were sent to the waiting room. Who does that!? No sense of urgency whatsoever. This is supposed to be an emergency room. I wish I could give them no stars. This place should be shut down.
