We go every once in a while, the kids love it, and it's relaxing when your out picking. There is so much other stuff, playgrounds, splash pads, animals, etc. It's a great place, can get expensive, but overall great days there

I come here specifically for the bread and butter chips. They re amazing! I ran into Ms. Karen Johnson who was extremely accommodating! I was so happy and satisfied walking out of there. I recommend this place to anyone that s looking to have a nice family fun day.
While the farm was pretty good, the food to eat at the restaurant was microwave foods heated up and sold at a higher price. Bring your own food or eat somewhere else. I can't speak on the market meats, vegetables, and fruits.
Such an amazing place to bring your family. The hayride is perfect and the food is amazing. My kids love to visit the petting zoo, picking their own fruits and vegetables, and the play area.ww have been going for the past 3 years and have no plan of not going back.if you are looking for a new family tradition around Halloween this should be it.
My youngest are 23 (twins) they asked to go pumpkin pick on a hayride, of course we go here, the same place they have gone on school trips when they were little
A farm that has cute store complete with local goodies! Apple cider donuts, pies, pot pies, coffee, apple butters sandwiches, food that matches the season. Desserts galore! That's not the best part, this farm has a hayride to the pumpkin patch and corn maze. I would recommend going early, as soon as they open, the lines to hayride can get long, but they do move steadily. You have to pay for the hayride to get to pumpkin patch. The corn maze too. You can buy separate tickets if you don't want to do both. The pumpkin patch is huge with a wide variety to choose from. $0.79 lb. On Saturday's there's live music and a tent with food.
Highly recommend, great outing for anyone. Took a nice hayride to pick apples, then to the pumpkin patch & corn maze. The market was nice as well. Didn't get to see the animals but we plan on going back earlier next time to see everything. They have a playground and other fun activities for the children.
It's an amazing place to take the family and see lots of wildlife or pick some fresh fruits or veggies. It's the perfect day adventure and if you get hungry you can get some homemade food from the little store.
Over priced touristy garbage. There are so many other wonderful places in South Jersey to go that are less crowded, more pleasant, and don't price gauge you and take advantage.
This place is extremely overpriced all around. As an example just to take my son to the playground it was going to cost $10. For my wife and I to accompany our son we would also have to pay additional $ to enter the playground with our son. Essentially it would have been $20 so my son could play on a playground for a little bit. That did not include anything else. So if you would like to do another attraction better fork out more money. We ended up leaving after looking at the costs because I couldn t bring myself to pay $20 to play on a playground for 30 minutes or so. I will say from the little bit I walked around, it looked nice.
Great place for young kids. 2-10. Yes, they charge for everything, but they do offer season passes for the animal farm and playground areas. Hay rides are worth the price, especially if you combine it with the you pick veggies at various times of the year which the kids love doing. Pumpkins are WAY overpriced however. Every weekend in the fall they have live music for the kids plus special events stuff. Just expect to pay high prices for things like food, produce, and baked goods. Its a great place for kids and if you are careful with what you buy its reasonable for an afternoon.
Went pumpkin picking with friends. Was very enjoyable and had a huge variety to choose from. There are some nice shops and we bought delicious apple cider doughnuts. The only downside was that it was way too packed. In these difficult times, buisinesses should take extra care to keep crowds to a minimum and keep customers safe. We will definitely come back at least yearly once the pandemic is over.
OMG!!! Our 1st time going to Johnson's Farm. We solo loved the hayride and apple picking. I wish they had Kanzi Apples. But the stayman apples are awesome too. I plucked a stayman Apple that was bigger than both my hands. The band that played while we enjoyed our food was great too. We just sampled the Apple crisp and GOOD LORD HAVE MERCY it was good. Plus the apple cider donuts...we will be back
Fun farm close(ish) to our house. They have pumpkin picking, a small animal farm, a bakery, corn maze, hayrides. Most everything you would expect from a farm hosting falling activities. Lots of sun flowers every where, that was a nice touch as they always make you think of warm sunny days. The people were super nice and accommodating. My only dings against them- no actual hay on the wagons for the hayride and you have to buy a ticket to have the ability to pick your on pumpkin then you have to pay for the pumpkin. That s a little nickel and diming people. I understand pay for the pumpkins, I get that. But it s like paying twice for the same thing. Oh and they had what looked like huilacoche going on some of the ears of corn.
Good cider donuts. Good sandwich. I just ducked in to see the store in an off day. I'm sure it's MUCH better on a busy weekend. Lady at register was lovely....friendly, helpful. We had a little chat.
The store is expensive which is really disappointing, i know everything is made there and is fresh but wow really expensive. I enjoyed my time here though.
Johnson s farm is awesome for all age groups! There is so much to do but it does get extremely busy! Sometimes we take the 30 minute drive just for their Apple cider donuts!
Third place is a Great time for the whole family and the food is amazing . The staff is very friendly too , when iam in Jersey I bring my son's there all the time
I went to the farm 3 days ago and bought some products from them, including produces, beverages and breads. The produces are all good and fresh, but the breads are really disappointing. This morning I was almost finishing the banana nuts bread (which costs me over 10 bucks for one small loaf) and noticed its texture looks different. After checking the bread closely, I was about to scream and vomit, It seems that the bread was made a long time ago, and they don t put the dates on their bakery products. From now I would rather go to a grocery store to buy bakery products not from this farmer market anymore.
Nice place, but charging for children 1-2 years old for everything is greedy. Charging parents to enter the playground to keep tabs on children is greedy as well. The adults don't play....
I TRULY LOVE THIS FARM. IT'S FUN TO TAKE THE CHILDREN TO PICK THEIR OWN VEGETABLES AND SO MANY WONDERFUL PRODUCTS. THE SPINACH DIP IS TRULY THE BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE TAKE TIME TO GO VISIT THIS FARM AND HAVE AN ENJOYABLE DAY.,
I love this place! It was like $5 a person to go on a hayride. We had a good time. Everyone was nice. Gotta check the times for the corn maze tho. They don't do that every day. Watch out for field trip days. Kids running around everywhere. Kinda annoying. But they left fast so that was good. They have a store inside that's pretty big.
Just off the charts expensive. Forced to pay $4.95 per. person for a ride to pick Pumpkins or Apples. Whole Foods is cheaper. An 11lb. Pumpkin cost me $ 32.00 after the cost of the ride for me and 3 kids. IT IS JUST ROBBERY.
