Just purchased a water heater from Johnson-Burks. Extremely helpful over the phone and in person. Was able to get a commercial water heater for same price as the water heaters that are specifically made for Warehouse stores. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I bought an $85 burner for AO Smith gas water heater. Online Amazon and others were selling it for $130 to $160. The workers also answered my questions. Home Depot said they didn't have these parts and I should call this place. I've bought other plumbing parts here before.
