HONEST REVIEW. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND GIVEN MINUS 5 STARS. I WAS REFERRED TO JOHNSON AND BOON SOLICITORS VIA DEPOSIT HERO SUPPOSEDLY TO RECOVER MY TENANCY DEPOSIT. I ASKED THE AGENT NUMEROUS TIMES IF THE DEPOSIT WAS PROTECTED TO EACH TIME I WAS TOLD NO. THE DEPOSIT WAS IN FACT PROTECTED AND INSTEAD OF GIVING ME BACK MY DEPOSIT HEATHER OF JOHNSON AND BOON SOLICITORS SENT ME AN EMAIL WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION. THIS IS POOR PRACTICE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE LEGALLY TRAINED AND SPEAKS VOLUMES. IN HINDSIGHT THEY NEVER CHECKED TO SEE IF MY DEPOSIT WAS PROTECTED BECAUSE THEY HAD IT IN MIND TO COLLECT PART OF MY OWN DEPOSIT ANYWAY. THEY WANTED MONEY FOR THEIR BUSINESS REGARDLESS AND ARE WHOLLY DISHONEST. THEN I SPOKE TO THE SOLICITOR ADAM CHIOCCHI WHO IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. OVER THE PHONE HE SAID THEY WOULD BE TAKING £500 OF THE ORIGINAL DEPOSIT ANYWAY AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I COULD DO ABOUT IT AND THERE WAS NO POINT IN TALKING ABOUT IT ANYMORE. (HAVING RETRIEVED NOTHING FROM THE OTHER SIDE AND THERFORE JUST TAKING £500 FROM MY ORIGINAL AMOUNT). THEY TOOK £500 OF THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT AGAINST MY WILL AND CALL THEMSELVES LEGAL PROFESSIONALS. NOW I UNDERSTAND THE KEENNESS FOR THEM TO CONTINUE WITH THE CLAIM. IN FACT IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY THESE SOLICITORS ARE MODERN DAY AMBULANCE CHASERS AND SCAMMERS. ONCE YOU SIGN THEY WILL DO NOTHING BUT ATTEMPT TO RETAIN YOUR MONEY. I MADE A COMPLAINT AND ADAM SENT A RIDICULOUSLY LONG EMAIL ABOUT HOW NOTHING WAS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT IT AND "IN MY SATISFACTION" A CHEQUE WOULD BE SENT OUT TO ME MINUS THE £500. AN EXCEPTIONALLY LONG EMAIL THAT ADDRESSED NOTHING TO SAY THAT £500 WOULD BE TAKEN AFTER DOING NOTHING. DESPITE ME DELIBERATELY STATING I DIDNT WANT A CHEQUE HE AGAIN IGNORED THIS AND SAID A CHEQUE WOULD BE SENT OUT MINUS £500 THEY HAD RETAINED FOR DOING NOTHING. PLEASE SEE OTHER REVIEWS OF THIS ORGANISATION. THERE SYSTEMS DONT SHOW UP CORRECT INFORMATION AND THEY MAKE HUGE MISTAKES AND DO NOTHING TO COMPENSATE YOU BUT FEEL IT LEGALLY SOUND TO ROB YOUR MONEY. IT IS CLEAR THAT THIS ORGANISATION IS SOLELY INTERESTED IN TAKING AND RETAINING MONEY AT WHATEVER COST. IF THEY DON'T GET IT THE MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE THEY ARE PURSUING AND THE PLACE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO THEY WILL RETAIN LARGE AMOUNTS OF YOUR MONEY. PEOPLE BE AWARE AND WARY OF ENGAGING WITH THESE PEOPLE SND SIGN NOTHING. JOHNSON AND BOON SOLICITORS HAVE TAKEN £500 OF MY MONEY FOR DOING NOTHING AGAINST MY WILL. THESE ARE DISGUSTING UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE. I ASK YOU WOULD YOU TRUST YOUR MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE LEGALLY TRAINED WHO MISREAD EMAILS AND GIVE YOU INCORRECT INFORMATION TO RETAIN YOUR MONEY? I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE LAW SOCIETY AND ENCOURAGE ALL OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY. ITS WELL KNOWN THAT FIRMS LIKE THIS DISSOLVE QUICKLY DUE TO THERE POOR ETHICS AND LACK OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.
