This parlor is very small compared to the Los Angeles locations, damn I miss living in Los Angeles
FIRST time customer and Jamie was our server in the sports seating area - AMAZING SERVICE! WILL return
Its a chill place. The food is good. The game selection is ticket oriented and a bit limited to me but the kids dont seem to mind
Had a ball people were nice and so many games my son and granddaughter had a great time.and the food was good..
I love to go with my fam very good place to eat and play
My kids enjoyed this place. We felt comfortable letting them explore the many games to choose from. They loved the bumper cars. The food was definitely better than chuck e cheese. We will be back.
Weird styles of pizza not worth visiting. Salad is ok. Soups and pasta need improvement.
Went for my 12yr olds bday n
had a blast with my Boyz!!!
Great customer service
Great place for the kids to have fun! And for the parents to skip a night of cooking. The pizza was really good. No huge complaints. We racked up 1000 points for our daughter to get prizes. Just wished that the smaller toys were better.
I always like this place. It's geared more for children because of the different rooms they have for eating in and the game area. The adult eating areas would be the quiet dining room and the sports dining room. But they always have pizza and they are known for their peanut butter pizza. It'd be nice if they came up with a dessert pizza. They have more than just pizza. Salads, dessert bar, soup bar, pasta and a section with chicken, mojo potaoes, baked potatoes and more. They do serve beer.
The only thing that I don't really like too much is that there are children running around unsupervised and getting food. They make a mess of the soft ice ice cream machine.
It's gone down hill the games take your money and have didn't work
way too small and same price as other johns not enough food and not good
Worst place ever!! Pizza was cold and their was only like three types of pizza because the rest of the trays were empty. The games all sucked. Most of them were out of order and their Isn't much choices of games to begin with so it was all just bad. I also think the prices were ridiculous! Paid almost $200 for 3 adults and three kids and having most of the games out of order was just a rip off. I literally went to play the same game like 4 or 5 times because their wasn't much to choose from. Definitely won't be going back. Next time I'll just spend my money on a place that's worth it. This place doesn't even deserve one star!!
Bread, pasta, noodles, and rice. Think about that for a moment. Almost 12 bucks a pop on a Saturday. There is barely any protein in this "buffet", which is a way of controlling costs and increasing profits ten fold. Imagine 5 people for more than 50 bucks. Think about what you cold buy for 50 bucks? That is a lot of quality pizza from a better spot. Oh, the drinks. Soda, which is just corn syrup. They have some coffee, but there isn't really any variety on the drink menu. They only have 2 soups. I'm not a big fan of home town buffet, but at least they serve meat. This restaurant is so skimpy on the toppings, along with the cheese, that you may get one pineapple and one bacon piece on a slice as an example. The sauce bleeds through the cheese, because they don't put any cheese on. Plus, the quality of the ingredients are sub-par. The salad was the best part of the whole meal, but I would never recommend this place. They should take "incredible" out of the title.
Took my kids for the first time. Pizza selection was decent. Pasta bar was not very appetizing my kids didn't even want to taste it. In ny opinion it needs more selection of dessert as well. I would go back if only my kids would ask for it witch I doubt it.
Not a lot of room and small selection of games. They have 1 ride.. and the food selection isn't big at all. Plus killed my stomach. Not the best.
Awesome place good food friendly people fun atmosphere good food
Great place for friends and family kids really have fun and adults enjoy eating birthday parties are awesome we'll be there soon again
When it first opened up the food was really hot to taste now it's just either lukewarm or not warm at all and they've changed on their prices there cards are $10 now they used to be 5 which I don't think is right and they didn't have too much food out at times you have to wait like about 10 minutes I just go there for the kids they enjoy the atmosphere although they don't eat very much
My kids loved it, they had a blast a lot of fun, pizza was great, but I did noticed place needs alot of updating, some games were out of order, broken taped down, or were not issuing tickets, for the ones that usually do. Employees seem too serious almost like they don't want to be there at all.
I love pizza and this place has more than just that. Tons of fun games and great food. Definitely a fun place to go and eat!
Pizza was pretty dried out. We went to try the peanut butter pizza but they weren't making it that day or something. Half of the kids games were broken and turned off. Should have went to chucky cheese.
We always have a great time. They have some new games. Pizza &chicken good. Salad bar fresh. Had trouble with a game, employee very helpful. Son broke his card & Melissa, who is always helpful got him a new one & transferred all is info.
Very small compared to other locations. Food looked like it had been sitting there long.
STAFF greeted us immediately!!! Greeted with SMILES.... and Helped us get the BEST DEAL as we just came to eat. The dining area was clean... FOOD WAS AVAILABLE every time MY FAMILY WENT TO GET FOOD. The TABLE SERVER...came by to remove plates often... drinks and dessert were TASTY. SALAD WAS CRISPY and PIZZAS were HOT!!.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LUNCH...its not just a place to take kids for games BUT A BUFFET FOR GREAT VARIETY OF FOOD.... AT A GREAT PRICE$$$ WITH FRIENDLY STAFF...!!!
Associates are great to work with in birthday reservations, gives you the best options to deal with and place looks clean and big enough for any kind of parties or other activities personal or business. We're going back to celebrate our son's birthday. Keep up the great work!
Poorly managed poor customer service undercooked chicken the games gipt the children....need i go on
Disappointed that the games here are always out of order, small as it is you'd expect them to fix the games often enough, can't really enjoy being here for more than 30 minutes
Would perfer johns incredible pizza over chucke cheese anyday
Really cool place. Wish it was more selection for games. The dining themes was a great idea.
Not the greatest selection of food, but STILL one of my favorite and reasonable Senior-priced lunch buffets out there.
Awesome place for kids but pizza isn't that great anymore
A good variety of food in their buffet and the game room is pretty good. Games are geared for younger kids but fun.
I had so much fun with my 3 boys and wife that I forgot to take pictures or film. Love the variety of food and desserts. We were there from 1:00 to 6:00, and my kids did not want to leave. It is a great place for the whole family.
Pizza with peanut butter are you crazy but it was good haha a little expensive kind of like a chunky cheese but the kids loved it and it is cheaper than Disneyland they have a time limit that you can stay there but they don't check that we stayed there for hours and ate and drink because it is all you can eat and drink
Terrible l advice not to come here, me my wife and my son came here to have a good time just to get food poisoning. and I know it's from here because my wife niece and nephew live with us and they eat everything we eat except for John's Incredible Pizza that day, they weren't with us. my wife my son and myself got sick very bad my wife niece and nephew were fine so I know it was this place we got the food food poisoning! The end of that day and the day after was terrible in the restroom sick!
The food quality has gone down, but still good. I'll always pay the extra cost to go here over chuck e cheese
Kids have fun, prices a little bit hi...still nice place
A goood place to eat solo , or group/family to me. Also good food ,dessert and drink, no issue yet. Alot of kids to be cautious for so wont hurt or knock there food over. Atmosphere is good , nice people, nice good workers, bathroom and dinning good . Affordable price to all u can eat, yummy in my tummy lol. This place worth it to me
There were only 3 pizzas ready at lunch time, (12.20). For a lunch buffet, that's very poor planning. Will not eat there again
Way better than Chucky cheese games wise. Food was ok
Adult entry with buffet is $11.49, drink with free refills is $1.99. Kids 7-12 are $7.49, kids 3-6 are $5.49. Same price all day. I really liked that they had a quiet dining area down the hall and around the corner from the noisy gaming area. Food was better than I had come to expect from trips to (Charles) E Cheese. Like 6 different varieties each of pastas, sauces, pizzas, plus fried chicken, potatoes, salad and more. The chicken was better IMHO than staters, less salty. Most games were 2-4 credits (tokens) each. Got my kid the $20 Game card special and he disappeared for at least 60-90 min. Then we remembered it came with a free ride on bumper cars also. I think the kids club special is worth it if you are going to spend $20 or more on games. $5 club gets you an extra $10 in game credits (think tokens or quarters) if you get a funcard special ($20 and up). For my money, with kids 12 and under, this is better than Charles E Cheese.
The potatoe chowder soup was real yummy I ate bowls, the salad stocked and fresh.
The team employees great keeping dishes off the tables and polite.
Busy at the time we were there, and employees efficiently working AS a team.
I would normally give more starts but when we went twice half the games where broken :/
It's all right place they need to upgrade they games and fix them
Cheap looking chucky cheese wanna be...please go to chucky cheese!
Great place for the whole family. The kids always have a good time
Smallest Johns I have ever seen! Not a large selection of food. Most Johns have a large selection
Horrible found a fingernail in the pizza waitor said get out and never come back when i found it and he shoved me outside and slams the door behind him i would not recommend going their for any occasion unless you want a birthday to be ruined
Given the lack of variety in the buffet it doesn't really seem worth the price, especially outside of the weekday lunch hours. Games are fun, but 50 cents to activate a car is a little unnecessary.
I've been here a few times and there are positives and negatives that stayed true with every visit. The positives being the staff has always been friendly and did what they could to keep the customers satisfied. The pricing is very reasonable and probably the best buffet value around. With that being said there are some negatives that managed to show every visit. About 40% of their choices were gone at all times, I know it cant be easy to constantly have pizza ready, but i overheard several people saying they asked for one to be made and after 20 minutes they realized they were just ignored. I personally never was ignored, I think they are just busy so it's hard to catch their attention, once the 2 girls working behind the buffet counter heard my request it didnt take longer than 10 minutes from there. One other negative is the rule if you leave your table for longer than 10 minutes they will clear your table and seat other guest, situations where I'd normally walk my girlfriend to her car for her medicine, had to be adjusted just so we didn't waste money on a table.
This place is very cool. I am a 42 year old kid...lol... John's really is incredible, can't wait to go back friday. I had a blast with my fiance. The staff was great as well, very helpful. Womens Bathroom could use a little more attention, but still cleaner than most places I have been to. Lots of game choices for young and/or older. A perfect place for family's, duo's, even by yourself. The prices are great for the variety they have, also if you need to step out for a few minutes they allow up to 20 minutes of being gone if you step oitside. There were vegetarian options, also I seen a vegan option, and gluten free, they offer different pizza sauces for people who don't like marinara, they also have several pasta options, salad bar, a dessert bar, soda fountain all you can drink as well as icee's and coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Really If you get a chance stop by the nearest one to you and check them out.
