You always talk to the same people, there's no switchboard or they don't remember or know who you are. They are very personable. "At Veriha, there is a personal, professional, caring focus on their employees (aka drivers) is one of their strong points." You can use that quote if you'd like. You guys ROCK !!!
One of the best companies I ve ever worked for. Leigh Olsen very nice and understanding. Only problem I had with the company it was way in the middle of NOWHERE lol. But, seriously other than that if the company was in Texas I d still be there. They look out for there drivers, have the best equipment, & they stay on top of the maintenance issues if you have any. Safety lady Wendy Black looked out for me as well. If you have no problem driving you ll make good money with this company. Most of em are poor packers fans lol but other than that it s very family oriented and cool place to work.

I have been with Veriha for 15 months and am very happy with them. I have a great truck get plenty of miles and and home most of the time I the days I am due home. Our maintenance department in Marinette is always taking care of my equipment in a very timely manner and the tasks they performed are always done correctly. The safety and training department are the BEST I have ever worked with. My driver manager and I get along great and any issues that come up we discuss and get any problems resolved pretty quickly and the resolutions are fair and practical. I noticed the negative reviews and thought to myself "are they reviewing the right company"? From the top to the bottom all the people I work with are fun and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.
I am glad that this is the place I chose to start my career. Unfortunately circumstances beyond mine or the Companies control left me with no choice but to move on. They totally understood my situation and wished me well. At least I know that I will always have a place at Veriha.

Started in September 2018. Has been by far the best company I've ever worked for.All promises have been kept.They keep you moving which as we all know is important.The equipment is top of the line. I've yet to come across a trailer not maintained to perfection with a recent inspection on it.Being a mid size company you feel like you know everyone on administration side and they know you.Very big on safety which means a lot as we all wanna get home.And when you want to get home they get you home as promised.And finally for those weeks when circumstances keep your miles down the guaranteed pay is a godsend...couldn't be happier.

Well I'm new here at veriha but I can't understand the poor reviews other than to say some people would complain that the golden goose makes omlettels taste metallic. So far the staff and other drivers have gone the extra mile to make me immediately feel like part of the team. As far as equipment I'm excited as a native American who's always had trouble reconciling my need to earn against poluting mother Earth to be using such a CLEAN and green fuel source. As far as wages I see nothing but great potential for someone looking to EARN rather than just get handed something. Con:. Not a fan of yellow on a vehicle lol. But it's ok I don't see it anyway when in in it lol. I'm excited to be here. Thank you.
I don't know where those people came from who announce that is this company has a good equipment and plenty of miles for sure they are fakers.
Let me tell you their equipments such a junk and lies about miles because you won't make over 1400 miles weekly or less.
If you are a new driver expect to be on duty for 13 hours and you driving around 300 miles why is that because driving around looking for trailer or broke down or running short hauls as you became a local driver paid by mile instead hour.
Whining and crying daily non stop about short idling when they don't have idle free for the driver convince.
Terrible director of mainenance who is never turn your voice mail or call you back if you asking or need assistance.
Please tell your recruiter not to lie because as soon as the driver find out your lie BS will leave you immediately.
I worked for this company for 2 months with a crappy junk truck nothing but brake downs.

I have been with Veriha Trucking going on 10 years. This is a great place to work. I would not consider any other place to work. When you hear the phrase, they treat you like family , most of time you take it with a grain of salt. At Veriha they mean it.
Every time I ever had an issue, they have been quick to respond and resolve it. If I need to home for a event, they get me home. The pay is very competitive and the equipment is well maintained. This is a great place to start your career in the industry and a great place to retire.

Hi Jeans! I'll say a nice thing, there were some good people in the repair shop. However for me this was the worst trucking company I have worked for. I went through some terrible experiences due to lack of communication and sub par staffing and its mostly all caught on the camera they keep pointed at you. But hey it might be better for you. Try it out!
Some Great people. Don't deliver on what they say about home time and paycheck they don't teach the Apprentices very much most of their trainers don't teach anything the owner of the company has no clue what is going on in her own company the open door policy is bs when you ask to speak to the owner all you get are her flunkies she leaves in charge.

This company has fulfilled every commitment made to me personally and I have witnessed some very incredible efforts to go above and beyond for lots of others as well. Working with a group of people that realize their success comes from helping others be successful is amazing. The truth about this industry is that for a driver to be successful they need an effective support system and for the people supporting to realize success they need awesome drivers and this relationship can be seen every day here.
