Only a small gym, but it's never too busy to get the equipment you want. They've got classes, basketball courts, a cafe, and more. Joining/member fees are affordable, and the staff are friendly. I've also seen one of their exercise physiologists and she has been great and the reason I was confident in joining a gym.

Well equipped and clean, but some of the staff don't know what they're talking about. Was told on the phone that casual shooting was available until 6PM weekdays. My friend drove an hour from home only for us to rock up at 4:30 and be told that casual shooting stops at 4PM. Highly dissapointing.

Had my wedding reception in the function room was very nice and spacious had access to there kitchen for our food the staff where helpful and friendly

A great centre that has clean and modern facilities. There is plenty to offer within the centre including fitness classes that run several times a day, a gym, child minding for members, community activities as well as playing host to community events. A great centre all round with friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are their to help achieve your fitness goals.

Great place to work out, welcoming and casual. Their Active Youth Program is outstanding and gives me the opportunity to take my nephew to gym.

Looks fantastic since the upgrade. They have a good variety of classes and programs. It's worth checking out if you are interested in getting fit.

This Community Centre has a great gym, plenty of carparking and holds good markets on occasions.

Staff are really friendly and there are free classes included in a well prices membership.

Nice little cafe, pleasant function rooms, good facilities.

Great place with a variety of uses. They probably need to work on their social media online presence so that more people know of the great things they have at times.

Great staff, experienced knowledgeable instructors. Friendly atmosphere. I have found my whole experience to be extremely welcoming. Keep up the great service guy's.

I go there once a week for "Strength for Life". I don't know too much more about the place yet. Hreat gym.

Lovely environment. Staff are helpful and very clean.

We play badminton here. Only 7.15 cents a day unlimited play subject to availability

Basketball courts are huge. Daughters came here for a dance class. Dancing room is large a state of the art. The whole centre is brand new and mordern. Offers a large conference room that can cater for weddings or birthdays. Not sure about wet bar though.

I felt welcomed and the lady that was roasted on was very helpful.

Such a great gym. Everyone is so welcoming and its full of lovely people and instructors. My friends and i love going and Amanda is so great. Part of the reason we come every week.

I don't use this place, but i went for a tour of their gym facilities as i was thinking of singing up. The staff there were friendly and easy to talk to, however the gym was tiny! One room crammed full of machines, with the free weights taking up most of the space. I ended up signing up to a different gym elsewhere.

Small quiz nights at this place are rather funny and a good change the pace of the more professional Trivia nights. They serve alcohol and food but still let you bring a bag of chips or lollies if you really want.

Use the gym. Really clean with new equipment. Has plenty of options. Price is right.

So friendly, offers excellent group fitness. Its so nice to meet a instructor that is so passionate about her job, and cares about every person in the room.

Can only rate the cafeteria, nice people but often understaffed and subsequently slow. Pretty normal gym cafe style offerings no standouts. Average. Just passable.

Nice vibe. No roid ragers, grunters and posers. Family atmosphere. Staff are hospitable. Clean facilities. Highly recommended.

Large car park and easy acess, massive building too.

I recently started going & tbh i love it!. It has everything i need to accomplish my personal goals, the people i have talked too are friendly & the staff are pretty chill.

I absolutely love this gym! If you are looking for a friendly, well equipped gym with knowledgeable staff then I highly recommend John McVeity. The atmosphere is laid back & friendly unlike some gyms & the staff go out of their way to help.

Staff are friendly always willing to help. The centre offers such a variety including an amazing creche. I definitely made the right choice joining the jmc gym

Facilities are nice, court can be a little dirty at times but staff are friendly. Plenty of programs, there will be one to suit everyone!

Love the outdoor gym, just wish some of the equipment wasn't so squeaky.

Overall great place, love having a free pitdoor gym within walking distance.

We have just recently joined this gym and absolutely love everything. Staff are sooooo kind and helpful. The creche allows parents to exercise in peace while kids are having fun. Shower room and toilet is kept clean and tidy. There is so much space! I'm the only one in the shower all the time, lol! Our daughter have been friends with the kids in the gym as well, so they have their own little kiddie group. They play in the indoor basketball court together after parents work out and they can borrow ball from the reception. The equipments are good, and the programs (classes) are nice and the instructors give you options depending on what physical level of exercise you are capable of doing. They are very attentive and passionate to help you reach your goals :-)

I always feel welcome and supported by the staff and trainers at the John McVeity Centre.
The facilities are always clean and well maintained.
I feel with the help and support I receive my goal of living a healthier and more active life is within my capabilities.

Fun and enjoyable place to exercise. Staff are friendly and very approachable.

Its good for excersinging and all sports, dont have money, no problem go to the outside exercising equipment

Love JMC, so inviting and friendly! Amazing facilities!! Only downside is that it's not 24/7 but love the classes and the gym, so many options!

My son has a weekly personal training session through the NDIS. I like using the gym although it isn't the best equipped. Staff have always been very competent and friendly.
I will be becoming a member once I'm healed from a recent operation.

Used to be a member. They are fine with you until you have an issue then its all about the money. Refused to put my kid in the creche after the staff spend more time on phones and not even looking after the children. I've had friends say the same thing.

I found lolly jar circus extremely un professional they have breached confidentiality laws extremely disappointed and i won't be going back
