I have been working with Chris Cruz for a while now, looking for my forever home. Chris has been kind and patient by providing me information on prospective homes within my budget. Although I haven t found what I am looking for, I wanted to take this opportunity to let him know how much I appreciate his time and energy. I feel like a valued customer when he returns my calls promptly, answering all my questions and concerns. I really feel he has my best interests in mind and I found the right person to find my dream home. Thank you, Chris Cruz for all your help!!

James Morrison realtor for the west wood office sent junk mail to our house . We are not interested and never ask for you or your company to send us junk mail . We do not want your waste of paper will not do any business with your company for using junk mail soliciting list .

Update : I have attempted twice now to do get removed from your mailing list already and James Morrison reply with a condescending comment was a utter jerk . So I sent the local office manager a copy of the conversation. It just proves how your company and realtors treat people you can't make money off of .

We can only speak to our experiences with one of the agents at this location - Jennifer Larson. We were involved in a transaction recently with Jennifer as she was the seller's agent of the house we purchased. Our experiences with her were negative from the very beginning however, the transaction became very unprofessional during our one visit to the vacant house during the 3 month close period. The day of our visit she met with our agent in the morning and gave him the key to the vacant house. An hour later, she decided (with no explanation) that we had to leave the house even though we had estimate and measuring appointments lined up. At this point she entered the house and threatened us that the police would be called on us if we didn't leave. We were beyond shocked that she was threatening us as we were with our agent in the vacant house that we were 2 months into mutual acceptance with. She then, in front of us, lied to her own clients (the sellers) about our reasoning for being in the house. We have no idea what made her make up a lie to her clients as we were doing standard things like blinds measurements, closet measurements, etc. Then, to top all this off, as we left the house because she was demanding we leave she yelled at me in the middle of the street from her car - "You don't understand the power dynamic here!" We were so utterly confused. We had been in mutual acceptance on the house, there were no contingencies and all we wanted was to gain measurements of the vacant house and she had given us the key that morning. She never apologized for her unprofessional outburst, refused to provide any measurements (as we weren't allowed in the house) and continued to be condescending to our agent and mortgage broker all the way through close. All in all, we would not recommend her for selling or buying a house as her ego, attitude and unprofessionalism is just not necessary and disruptive to the entire process. Buying or selling a house is very stressful as is - in our experience, she just added to that stress.

I have worked with the John L Scott of Westwood village for the sale of two homes now and the purchase of one. For each time I worked with the amazing Scott Henry. I cannot describe enough how absolutely fantastic he has been for my family and I to work with. He has gone above and beyond to help us sell our home for the best price while being fair and reasonable to those buying. He helped make it possible for me to buy the ideal house for my changing family during a time when I needed the most help. I could not be writing this review if it were not for the immense support that Scott gave me. I have recommended my dearest friends and family to him as I would want nothing but the best for them. I would of course recommend him to you as well!

If Integrity, Honesty and Professionalism is important to you, this is the place to come. As an Agent at this office one of the main qualities I look for when picking the team to work with those are primary for me. To have an owner / Managing Broker who always takes the high ground with not only his agents but the public as well means the world. It feels like family and that is how we and you will be treated here.

I am a veteran realtor who, looking for adventure, decided to move to John L Scott Westwood in July. What a lovely office. So much kindness and such momentum in nice directions.
You d be hard-pressed to find a better office to work with!
