John and Michelle are the two best real estate lawyers you can deal with they helped me through the whole process defended me help me with closing identifying defects in which the bank had inside of the closing Docs when the bank was stalling on closing the loan and during the entire process they negotiated with the seller's attorney to stay put and be patient no other lawyers would do that all the lawyers will back out and charge you a fee but John and Michelle are not like that they treat you as if you are family even on the weekends they were in communication with me I appreciate what you guys did for me I will never forget you thank you so much!
This is probably the worst real estate lawyer you will find in the Tri-state area. Do not let the NYPD "white shirt" status fool you. This person will rip you off while not representing your interests whatsoever and merely waiting to get paid. Please find a different location to use your PBA voucher or you'd be better off paying a $1000 out of pocket then using this person who is clueless, incompetent, and a thief.
