Good food, great service, nice environment t, especially when 3 raucous people at a nearby table finished and left.

Outstanding service, incredible food (try the Vodka sauce), and a wonderful atmosphere.

The food was very good. The waiter was a problem. He was very pushy and rude. We were a party of 5 woman and he kept rushing us to order and then at the end he was in such a hurry for us to pay our bill. They had no regular tea that one of the ladies wanted and Very limited dessert selection. All in all it was good but would not want to have the same sever if I went back.

The vodka sauce is AMAZING here! Anything ive ever had is also very good.

We went on a Monday for dinner. The restaurant was busy but we didn't have to wait for a table. The restaurant was extremely noisy. I can't imagine how loud it would be on a weekend with people at the bar waiting for tables. I had the pasta special and it came out barely warm. It was a bake and the cheese on top was completely melted. It looked like it was thrown in the microwave for a few seconds to warm up. Not my idea of good Italian food. My wife ordered of the menu and her dish had the same sauce, but at least it was hot. The are so many choices in Fairport and E. Rochester that are far better

I visited with a friend - we had their appetizers and soups/salads, followed by coffee. I wish I remembered the name of our waitress, but I don t. She was great!!! We had bread & dinner size appetizers, and by the time our soups and dinner came, we were full. Definitely recommend!

Terrible service, took our waitress very long time to bring drinks bread salad, etc we were there a hour before we even got a salad. They have carpet missing on their floor and the cap come off the railing on the stairs when I used it to walk up the stairs, place felt super ghetto and I ordered the special and it was the toughest rib eye I have ever had. My wife ordered a pasta dish and we felt the portion was tiny and was cooked with wine that was not cooked off. All I could taste when I took a bite of her food was strong red wine. Much better places to go without rude waitresses.

Got spaghetti and meatballs, chicken French and arancini. Delicious! Big portions and great service. Love it here!

Updated. After years of coming here Joey's is still one of the Best Italian-American restaurants in town. The best antipasto plate around, Try the Calamari Scampi, you won't be disappointed. If you looking for the best Risotto in town this is the place.Great food Excellent service. Staff is attentive and pleasant. Get there early it's always busy. It's always top notch in my opinion.

Maple bourbon old fashioned was delicious. The dinner choices were lovely and the staff was very helpful!

I love coming here when i'm in the penfield area it's always such a wonderful Italian dinner!

Amazing dinner - first time dining - had Chicken Parm and it was terrific! Will absolutely be back - our waiter was very prompt, welcoming and lively!

Whatever you do, do not request that they make veal milanese for you instead of chicken milanese. My friends all enjoyed their meals though. Mine was terrible, but the carrot soup was very good.

Went to an event the other night that was catered by Joey's and I was blown away at how great the food was. Usually you expect the food that is catered isn't as good as what you would get in restaurant but this was just fantastic. We has pasta, chicken parm, chicken french, and more. It was ALL great. I cannot wait to go eat there!

Food was good but salads and appetizers arrived 1 hour after we sat down and dinner took another 30 mins after that. Good thing I enjoyed my company. Dinner for four shouldn't take 2 hours on a Sunday night when the place isn't even packed.

Good food. The second floor is not handicapped accessible.

They have an awesome menu selection and the prices are very reasonable too. And the service staff are very friendly too.

We were in a private room. The liquor and beer selection was not great and most of the buffet style food was cold. The apps were good though.

Food at the party house was served buffet style and was excellent. The vodka sauce rigitoni was scrumptious and the chicken parmesan was moist and tender.

My husband and I took our daughter her boyfriend to Joey's on a recent Sunday evening. We had four different entrees, all excellent. The waitress was attentive, but did not hover. She was very knowledgeable about the selections including the specials of the day. It was quiet and although we were dressed fairly casually we did not feel "under-dressed". Prices on our entrees ranged from $17-23 with portions being very generous. Will definitely go again!

Great food. Make reservations. Ask for seating upstairs. A little noisy.

The food was fantastic!!!! But the service was horrible! We were seated for at least 10 minutes before our server ever came over. When he did finally come to our table he took our drink orders and disappeared. We then waited 20 minutes for our drinks and in this time a whole other table was seated, ordered drinks, got their drinks and ordered food. We finally got our drinks and the server walked away. We just gave up and asked if we could order. He took our order but was much colder with us than he was with his other tables. We then had to wait at least 15 minutes after our table was cleared to get our check. We were the only ones in the section so I have no idea what he was spending his time doing. We'll be back for the food but the service really needs some work.

Love this place! Lasagna is the best. Lots of good cheese and sauce. Wonderful service. Only downside is the seating is close and a bit loud.

I'd give the food four stars, but the price and service was 3 star.

We had Joey's Pasta House cater my son's baptism luncheon at our house over the weekend. The food was phenomenal! We were so impressed with the big portions given how affordable it was. The staff was incredibly easy to work with and they delivered everything hot and right on time. We will certainly be using Joey's for future events!

My husband and I went here for lunch on April 15th,2012. The food was extremely good and the chocolate Martini was out of this world good. I would highly recommend it. Especially the homemade pasta.

Former frequent patron, now won t go back. It pains me to write this because we live around the corner, but tonight was the final straw, my wife found a large shard of glass in her escarole, the picture is shown, and we got barely an apology. On top of that they forgot one of our entrees.

Even before the glass incident we have been disappointed with the service at Joeys which has been steadily declining for some time, so bad that we either ordered out or request to sit by the bar because the bartenders are much more attentive than any of the servers.

Group event, so might be different next door in their restaraunt..quite attentive.

Brought the family and had an incredible dinner. Very warm atmosphere and friendly staff. Absolutely loved it!
