DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. A lot of damage on delivery and if you get a new jealousy, you have to wait 3 weeks for it. They knew that we could not close the blinds, so 3 weeks with the window open. New blind is also broken and I am instructed how to fix this myself (?). is this my responsibility or theirs? In addition, they do not think along with you at all. We have ordered blinds for 3000.00 and are incredibly sorry that we bought them from them. Complaint handling is not worth a star. By the way, large blinds cannot be opened for a normal person due to the great weight. We should have read that ourselves on the website, but you will not be actively informed. In their opinion, a small addition to the website with something like 'watch very heavy' was not necessary. it is supposedly stated clearly enough in kg / m2.

We just have to accept 2x a broken jealousy. a small change in replacement product is impossible. and then we also have to repair the blind ourselves? Bit of a reversed world. In short: the customer has nothing to say and the company invokes all the rules.

Visited the showroom a while ago to get information about the possibilities and products they can supply. Very friendly and fun, helped by a young man in the store. a few days later it was measured by us by the mechanic, the mechanic thought well with what was / was not possible and what our wishes were. When this was over with which product / color we preferred and when we received a quote from Joe Benelli with the final sizes. When this was ordered we received it within 10 working days! And the result is impressive: beautiful blinds at a very good price!

Great service! Material for Venetian blinds were not in stock after ordering. The employees of Joe Benelli thought along and offered an alternative material for the same price. Very neat. When the blinds were delivered and hung, one of the blinds appeared to be scratched, I reported this and within 24 hours a response with the promise to send a replacement blind. It now also hangs beautifully, super service that many online shops can take as an example.
