Not enough employees never anyone around to help u find anything

This store is great for a quick fix, the staff really helpful but you better have a coupon bc there fabric is very expensive and too often my fabric isn't cut strait, quality isn't all that great either , now that Pat Catans ( Broadview Rd. ) has a lot of fabric and much cheaper I 'll be checking there first , either of these places carry serger or industrial needles or nothing that isn't sold by the yard.

I am so disappointed there s not enough space here.
They let 10 people in the huge store in Middleburg heights Ohio at a time !
They only have ONE cutting counter open at a time!

An Employee told several cars that they were 5 days behind on orders!
An employee told me they need extra room at the cutting counter because of people like me buying a lot of material!
That table can be worked from three separate sides!
Not being able to supply sewers with materials to make masks is hurting Cleveland I feel .
There are so many solutions.
....Increase hours,
.....stagger pick up orders so employees could be helping customers when the store is open,
.....hire temps to pull orders at night( like Walmart)
.....Have three cutting stations in different sides of the store so social distancing could be apart.

The last straw was my elderly friend with a cane finished shopping first. I thought she was inside the store waiting for me.
Nope, she didn t want the next outdoor customer to wait any longer. So she was again waiting out in the cold, after being out there from 11:30-1
I saw her thru the windows as I was checking out asked why she couldn t wait inside by the door (there s no one near the entry) absolutely Not said the manager standing there she would be over the 10 person limit no common sense.

Watch very carefully as things are ring up. Most of my items did not ring up at the correct price. Long lines are the norm here as well, so don't plan for a short trip. If you're patient and I attentive, you can find a good deal here and there. Don't forget the coupons...just use the app then you don't have to save paper ones ever again.

I can never find anyone to help me if I'm looking for something that I buy all the time. Most of the time there is a long line and the store is very crowded. I have started using another location because of all of this, even though it is further away.

JoAnn Fabric has everything crafty you ll need. It a large busy store, so they staff most of their employees at the fabric cutting counter or the checkout line, so it can be hard to find an employee who isn't busy to help you if you are having trouble finding something.

Always has good deals on fabric. Just too many damn coupons and too many restrictions.

I love shopping here. I can find what I'm looking for easier than pat catans-a mess- and they have tons of fabric choices. They also have great decor, and scrapbooking items. Yes some stuff can be a little pricey, but they usually always have sales and coupons. They have limited staff, so sometimes a line can be long for checkout. There bathrooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly to me and tries to help save money with whatever coupons they have. I will continue shopping here as long as they are open for.

Absolutely no one to help you find your stuff. You can find better prices on most items at Walmart. What staff there are very friendly but unfortunately they are not enough of them and therefore there's no one to help you unless you're trying to check out or get fabric cut. The lines are excessively long . Also the racks of fabric aren't labeled so that it is easy for people who don't know a lot about fabric to find what they're looking for.

Worst store ever. Closed before 5pm. Waited more than 30 min in line and lady said she wouldn't let us in the store. It seemed like she just wanted to close early than help the customers.

Wow! If you call this store to check on an order for one thing they are rude as ever. Sometime you don t get an email when an order is ready only to call hours later to find out it s ready. I won t be shopping at this store again. I will shop at the North Olmsted store, they have been great!

Went to Joann fabrics to look for some vinyl upholstery and found the one that I like. I am repainting my deck chairs and had seat covers that needed replacing. Joann has a good collection of colors of vinyl. Also my go to place for when I need some arts and crafts stuff for when I'm assembling a Gundam model kit. Overall good place to shop for art stuff.

Although I love going to Joann. Good luck finding someone to help. Walk isle after isle and no staff in sight. Very understaffed

They have a lot of things you will need and very nice all the time

It's the only fabric store near by now that pat catans are gone unless you go to pins and needles

When you try to call this store to see if your order is ready, don t expect to ever have your call answered. One day I called six times throughout the day and each time, it said the line was busy, so they clearly had their phone off the hook the entire day. The next day I tried, I called another six times and was never able to speak to anyone; I only ever got the automated voice and did not even have an option to speak to someone or leave a message. So, I canceled my order and will be going to Michaels for my needs. Horrible customer service it s non-existent.

I ve purchased things here and there from Joann s. This time I was looking for a sewing machine. The prices during the Christmas holidays were pretty good. The ladies tried to help us make a decision. Although I opted out of buying a machine, I was happy to be able to count with their help.

Just found out that more than 90% of their fabric is from China. I won't be going here very often.

They have the crafty things at the normal overprice price vice the way overprice price. Usually the human workers are quite pleasantly helpful n smiley.

Horrible customer service... Don't bother asking an employee for help they just walk away.

I like the store its clean and they a variety of items to choose from depending on your interests. I had some questions however it was a chore to find an employee to answer my questions thats my only complaint. I would recommend going to this store.

About the same prices and selection as Michael's. I'd rather come here than support Michael's and their buying out of competition. Big F U to them. Otherwise lots of the same supplies im looking for are cheaper on amazon. My recent trip had scrapbook paper on clearance. So that was nice. I'm using them for small bulletin boards at work.

Terrible customer service. Not enough fabric cutters or cashiers. Corporate does seem to care. Been to several of their store and the experience is the same. Lots of Chinese crap too

It was ok. It was well kept up. Just looked a little dull and outdated. Staff was very nice.

Shopped for vinyl for a quick project due the next day. The items were pricey, but other than that, it was a alright.

Too exspensive and outdated supplies. It's good if you know what you need but I wouldn't just browse here. They need a Wedding section as well as cheaper fake flowers.

I like shoppe at Joann's . The staff is nice , helpful and
knowledgable . It has great discounts . I wish they had a little larger art department and a more organized book department . Art and craft books are so mixed up it is difficult to find one about what you are interested in .Also, there should be more recent newer books.
