This company is so cheap on central dispatch they are robbing auto haulers

I WORK AS A SUBHAULER FOR SHUTTLES.I THANK JMN FOR WHAT THEY DID FOR ME AND FAMILY,I NEVER WORK FOR A BETTER COMPANY IN MY LIFE AND I BEEN HAULING CARS FOR 19 YEARS AGAIN I WILL ALWAYS BE THANKFUL FOR DENISE,TRISHA,CRISTINE,CHRIS FOR THE GREAT WORK YOU GUYS DO AT JMN. ALSO THE REST OF THEM AT JMN THAN YOU AGAIN....

What I experience with one of your drivers today was beyond irresponsible. The danger he put myself and others in is unfathomable, absolute disregard for safety!
Today on my everyday drive we came across two of your trucks. One decided to get behind me, the other decided to get over on top of me. I honked and flashed my lights to get his attention. Yes I understand flashing lights are a gesture to get over, but common sense with the radical honking, car to the front and seeing your other JMN driver is so so close behind.... where am I supposed to go, I'm boxed in. That's when the one behind decided he needed to press closer and I gestured to move back. It is raining and I have LEDs blinding me as I'm trying to not get pushed into the railing!
What really made me shutter was when that same driver who almost side swiped me, went behind me two lanes, to then proceed to run me out of my lane and over another lane.
Thankfully I did not hit any other cars and he's didn't cause anyone to wreck.

I called the company, but none of my information was taken and I'm not sure if she understood the severity of the situation. She went over me flickering my lights and the fact he didn't hit my car. I understand you want to stand by your fellow co workers, but that was pure out of control road rage that could have killed.

Hopefully you provide the trucks with dash cameras, because someone needs to lose/ suspend their A license.

To that driver- What the heck was that for? Because I honked at you, when you were coming into my lane? What were you thinking? How would you feel if you were the cause of multiple people's death's? Did you know if I had children in the car? How about yourself, you have a family that wants nothing but to see you home safe. That's a good way to get put in prison for manslaughter.

Absolutely amazing business to work with. I have dealt with many logistics companies but no one compares to JMN. All of their staff will make you feel like family. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I delivered a load for this company, it s been 2-3 months still didn t get paid, worst company to work with.. they will tell you one thing turn around and do another.

From a owner operator and small business owner's opinion we try not to haul for JMN. They pay nothing to move brand new vehicles and rob drivers from pay they truly deserve for doing all the work. Especially trucks like 2500 and 3500s that continue to be manufactured larger and larger. They are high dollar units and take up extra trailer space. They are worth better pay.

Held driver responsible for damage caused by following customer instruction.

The lady pam is a liar n gas bad customer service. She has cost my company money and future business. She is a liar and not professional. This has lost us the chance to do business after we have done great business. I am sadden and will not remove review until they give me loads

This looks like a wonderful place to work or get a vehicle hauled somewhere else.

Car we drove had issues, hadn't been state certified. Good prices but gotta be careful.
I appreciate that they replied but my review is fair. I did not specify what the issues were nor did I speculate on the history of the vehicle. The salesman that helped me is the one that told me it hadn't been State certified. It's been over 3 months I don't believe I can provide any more details to help.

I have worked with JMN for years and consider them an incredible organization. Recently, I worked with JMN on a specific job and had the pleasure to work with Denice Jarvis, Trisha Jones and Christine Kroninger. They are professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

We have the up most respect for JMN, their employees and transporters and look forward to working with them in the future.

JMN has always been fantastic to work with! Their great team of drivers and dispatchers gets the job done in timely manner. Denice, with her logistic skills, can handle any account, from small to very large ones.

It is a pleasure to transport vehicles for JMN. The people are great to work with. All the dispatchers are very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everybody. Denice is GREAT.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank JMN for allowing my company JTC TRANSPORTATION the opportunity to provide sevices for them. Their staff was helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. They did an excellent job responding and sending out early morning emails which helped my team run more efficiently.

I hired JNM to transport a car from Mo to TX. It arrived today. I found JNM after calling a local St Louis company (I live in Texas) to see if they could transport it here. The company I initially contacted did not travel to TX, but they referred me to JNM. I contacted them and Maria was great. She helped me, was very friendly, and found me an affordable carrier promptly. I had initially filled out a form online to find an auto transport quote. I had many emails and phone calls come in from other companies, and honestly, didn't feel comfortable with most of them. Many of the people were rude and hard to get a hold of. I found this to be the opposite case with JNM. I was really surprised to see the other really bad review here, so I decided to leave one about my good experience. I highly recommend them.
