Handy spot staff are helpful when u manage to make contact with 1 of them, layout confusing for inbound delivery's no signage no office security basically points his finger towards the one way system apart from that it's just a matter of finding someone and pot luck if your even in the right area. Its a pity a couple of simple signs directing traffic to specific areas for import deliveries would be very helpful. Apart from that grand. Hence d 4 stars lost time confusion and a pity such a large company can't manage traffic a little better.

Thanks for getting back to me Brian.
I have never been in your warehouse before and when I pulled in to security the guy told me he hadn't a clue where I was suppose to go . As I drove around the yard for a second time looking for reception which couldn't be found .
A kind foreigner gave me directions to a roller door which I was to bang on and hope someone appeared. After 20 minutes of banging a guy appeared and told me to go on a bay .
After an hour and twenty minutes they managed to take 4 small pallets of the back.
So thats over 2 hours to unload 4 small pallets. Not very efficient.
Also I noticed ye have no toilet or canteen facilities for drivers

Very bad experience collecting a pallet of furniture, because I only wanted to take 1 of the 4 pallets in the warehouse Alan who seemed to be the charge hand in the warehouse wouldn t give me the one pallet and made me wait 3 hours before someone brought it out to me. When I asked the driver was Alan just in a bad mood he said it s like this all the time. Shame on you JMC if this is the attitude of your staff

Unbelievable bad service and no feedback to the customer.
I got an email 2 days ago, saying that the parcel would be delivered yesterday. The driver called me yesterday at 10am to let me know that would deliver in one hour time.
I didn't get any communication from JMC, so rang the driver back at 3pm, and he told me that the parcel somehow wasn't in his truck, and perhaps would be delivered by another driver.
I contacted JMC yesterday, but no update since. I guess no news is bad news, and they have no clue where the parcel is.
